In times when good customer service is waning, it's a MUST to recognize and acknowledge EXCELLENT customer service. The GM, Michael, goes above and beyond with every single customer, every time. He's pleasant, helpful, and very personable. Offering different options and suggestions to improve your experience and meal. Informing customers of the soft drink app to save time. Also, do yourself a favor and try one of their desserts. Cookies taste better than moms.

Ordered a large roast beef, turkey & cheese. Was told that they were out of roast beef, but they were expecting a delivery within moments. Ordered a turkey & provolone instead, and added bacon. The bread was super fresh and the turkey portion was very generous. I was given a discount off of my order because they didn't have the roast beef. Talk about terrific customer service! I'll be making the store my favorite "go to". By the way, the delivery truck pulled up as I was leaving. Murphy's Law. LOL
I'm on keto and i was worried what salad, but the manager advised " turn a sub into a salad!!!it was soooo cool that you can take any classic sub and turn into a salad. Yummy!!!!
I ordered through Uber Eats at 8:28p and called the restaurant at 8:34p. I ordered 2 large #1’s and a small #1. A gentlemen answered and I asked if I could get mayo/mustard on both sides on the sandwiches. Can you believe he said he made them already? Yeah me neither. There’s no way he sliced the meat and cheese for all 3 and dressed them with the veggies of choice that fast. That was so rude and wrong. I’ll never give this location my money again. I buy from here often.Update: On top of the guy blatantly providing horrible customer service he didn’t put lettuce on the sandwiches! So not only was he on the phone not being truthful to customers, he’s at work not following directions. Sheesh!

Best service I've had in a while! Whoever runs this place knows what they are doing & they clearly care about their customers & the service they provide. Me and my wife ordered a #1 to share, everything was sliced fresh right in front of us. The Sandwich maker even went out of their way to grab us fresh cheese and tomatoes instead of just serving us what was already prepared. A1 service, Delicious food, Also their cookies are a must have. I had initially wanted their brownie but the employee insisted that the cookies were just made and fresh and he wasn't wrong about that considering it's probably the best cookie i've had all year. Thanks again and we will be back for more.
I normally come to the sandwich shop to treat my boyfriend but today was just a so / so experience at this location ! The owner is very helpful but the employees seem to be very disrespectful and lazy . I placed an online order and for some reason many options were added for me when I came back to get the issue resolved in a new sandwich you made there was a lot of attitude and rudeness displayed . Fortunately the owner stepped in and handled things but I feel like if he was not there this review would be a lot different . I really hope he finds some better employees I know this is a very struggling time to find anyone to work right now but I feel this owner deserves more loyal employees .
Great customer service and delicious
I've been coming to Port of Subs for a long time, 15+ years. I always get the same sandwich #18 on white. I like Port of Subs because I can customize the way I want it. Today Andrew and Stephanie not only greeted us and treated us like friends, but my #18, no joke, was the best I've had in all the years I've been coming. Andrew and Stephanie, you NAILED IT! I will revisit this store over and over again.
