ZERO STARS FROM ME , NEVER COMING BACK. 0/0Just ordered in drive thru 30 minutes ago, 8 piece nugget meal, fries and sweet tea. Asked for honey, jelly, and sweet heat during the order which was forgotten. When I get home I check my bag and only received jelly. The chicken looks and tastes old, dry, and cold. I shook it off and took a sip of my "sweet tea", ITS DIET COKE! I go to check for my receipt when I realize it was never given to me during the process. Only thing ate was fries and biscuit after washing the soda out of my mouth.
My wife just went here and was told they were waiting on fresh chicken and the it would be 2 minutes please park in the front. My wife waited 25 minutes for the food finally to be taken out to her. Once she got home the chicken was short 2-3 pieces, missing 1 biscuit, 1 of the sides were wrong, and no honey packets. Tried to call and no answer. Heading back now to get refund!
The place is horrible, ordered a 14 tender special chicken was extremely over cooked, staff had an attitude when I asked for a receipt unacceptable. Also charges 1 extra for Mac and cheese and it is disappointing
I know they were about to closed but my macaroni and coleslaw was halfway full... for what I spent is was not worth it... friendly staff though.
The food, once you get it, is great, if they give you what you actually ordered. The staff needs remodeling from the manager on down. Unfortunately, customer service is not the main concern at this location. I'm still waiting for an incident free visit. I'll wait for the manager to change AGAIN, before I go back. Don't place a pick up order because you will have to sit in the drive thru for at least 20 mins. So you might as well order it when you pull up to cut down some of the wait time. They are seriously understaffed and it shows. Oh yeah and the lobby stays closed and it has nothing to do with COVID.
Drive thru order.1) They got the order wrong;2) all of the chicken wings were over cooked, and everyone of them had feathers!3) the manager told me that they didn't have to clean the feathers off of the wings.4) when I asked for a refund, she made excuses and said that they didn't have to give me back my money.5) and last, but not least, she said " don't you know that you shouldn't mess with people that handle your food "
I purchased a 16 piece tender meal through the drive thru and they gave me the wrong order. Erin the manager offers me a $20 credit. That’s a joke with gas prices the way they are and having to drive 20 minutes for dinner and then they messed up my order. Keep you twenty dollars.I’ve never wrote a review till today. Don’t waste your time and your money.
We got to the drive thru this evening at 8:20. They took the order of the car in front of us and then when we got to the speaker to order we were told they were closed. The hours say they’re open until 9. It was 8:35.We then had to wait as every car in front of us got their food so we could get out of the drive thru to find another place to eat.Will never come back to this location.
I've been to this location atleast 30 times and almost every single time I've been disappointed. They forgot my drink one time and I had to walk into the lobby to get it. I waited for 10 mins before the manager even asked me what I was there for. No sense of customer service what so ever. Sometimes I order the mac and cheese but they forget to include utensils. I make myself clear and ask for ranch but I have to repeat myself at the actual drive thru window in order to actually receive ANY sauce. I cannot imagine the employee who sends out a 20 piece order without a SINGLE sauce or even NAPKINS. It's a 30 minute wait for "fast food" but you'll be waiting 1 hour for food that isn't even fresh or hot. I will not be returning to this popeyes location after receiving 3 pieces of chicken after paying for 8 piece chicken nuggets and being asked to repeat my order multiple times due to an incompotent person.
Came here waited over 30 minutes for them to open ( they changed their hours) then they didn’t even open for ANOTHER 30 minutes!!!!I have usually 30 minute lunch but had more time, I can’t believe it ! I was shocked ! I’ve never had this happenThere where ( no joke I swear to god) 10 cars behind me, I was the 1st one thereThere was probably another 10-15 that came and leftI can’t believe how much money this place lost!!!I’ve never had this happen to me at any fast food place in my life lol!!! This was wildWe went to Panda Express across the street and they got me and my car full of 4 people in and out within 3 minutes tops
