I was there today I think the cashier.. was most important was his phone I pay for my order and we walk away this happen around 12pm and I was EXCUME HELLO but his attention was on his phone pizza was wrong and my wing was the wrong sauce.. I try to get his attention to get napkins and pepper and cheese.. I hard for us construction workers. ? to make time to eat and when we do. Our other is all wrong... never again ordering from this place ?
You're prices are misleading on the Internet and have not been updated in some time. Your employees therefore have to take the grief from unhappy guests who feel they are being overcharged when paying. You're a large brand, get it together as this is a 10 second download change on your POS.
Get rid of the young, unprofessional, and inexperienced management team at this location! Waited in my car for curbside pickup while it was more important for the young redheaded employee to go to his car to smoke a wax pen and his cloud bar!
I ordered a pizza with sausage and pepperoni with extra mushrooms, onions and cheese. There were barely a dozen mushrooms and about the same with the onions. The was also very small amount of sausage and the cheese appeared to be just a normal amount. The pizza was cold and the crust was like dry paper. I will not be ordering again.
I just got off the phone after having some issues with their website. They would not honor the 1-topping large pizza for 8.99 carryout special that's on PIZZAHUT.COM. I realize this is a first world problem, but it's pretty sad when someone can't punch a few buttons to honor a coupon on their website. I just started my oven to make a Tombstone, and I'm a bit crabby because I really wanted pizza hut.
The pizzas I ordered yesterday were overcooked and dried out. There was no marinara sauce with the breadsticks, so I had to go to the grocery store to buy some pizza sauce. On the whole, I thought the meal was poorly and unprofessionally prepared. Cook the pizzas correctly and include all the things that I paid for that are supposed to be part of the meal and I will leave a higher rating next time.
Have Pizza delivered on time. Our first order we had delivered and it was late. The second order was great because I picked it up and it was ready at exact time we wanted it.
Wings really need some help, chewy and not sure if they were chicken.Pasta was hard around the edges. Do Italian if you want pasta done right.
