Ordered online, got email confirmation the food will be delivered in 45mins, however, food was delivered after 1hr 25mins ($5 delivery fee). Called local store several times, no answer. Delivery guy says, its a online issue. Food was cold, hard and with incorrect toppings. Overall, very bad experience!
Pizza was delivered promptly, food was hot and tasty, deliveryman polite and careful to get us our marinara-- checks all the boxes for us!

I called to find out if there was a way to order personal pan pizzas on the online menu as I didnt see them and was treated very rudely by the boy who answered, so I asked for a manager and he hung up on me. I tried to call back 3 times and was hung up on before I could say anything else,... so before writing this review I drove to the store and was apologized to by their manager and treated great, so the one star is for the pizza hut call center not this store, the store was great. They gave me an apology and free dessert. It's sad that the caller works for pizza hut as he about get this store a bad review and it wasnt them. The phone answerer one star, the eastern pizza hut store 5 stars..
I have come to find out that the medium pizza taste and has more flavor. Maybe it's the amount if sauce that is applied to the dough before baking. If the same size is used in the large the spread is thinner. What say you?
Had a horrible experience; not sure what's going on there. I ordered a pizza online 2 hours before they close on Tuesday night. I ordered online because when I called they said it'd be better. It never came! I called numerous times and no one answered. They still charged me. I called the next night to explain the situation, it took 4 times to get to a reluctant employee who sounded super annoyed. She said the driver delivered to you. No he DID NOT. either delivered to the wrong house or not telling the truth. This conversation is on Wednesday Feb 2 1020 pm. She refunded me the money without the tip!!!!! I asked for the full refund and she snaps saying I hope you know you're making my drawer short! What the heck??! It's not my fault. She refunded the tip. I said to her if she ordered something online without getting it she'd want the money back too. She said but I wouldn't ask for the tip. Why not?????? What is this?
Did an on line order Saturday never received and called the direct line multiple times ? but kept hanging up! Email was sent to me confirming the order but yet no food! Never will order from them again!
Your delivery driver Chris is the best !!!! Very professional man !!! Your store manager should feel excellent having such a loving caring outgoing professional man that has excellent customer service .You can't find that type of person everywhere .He deserves to be acknowledged for his work well done ! Thank you again Chris for your over the top and beyond excellent customer service .
Pizza was cooked perfectly, not burnt, toppings were adequate and the stuffed crust was great! I’m enjoying it!!
Dec.7th.2021. KUDOS to the team members or whoever was working there around 3pm to 4:30pm. We order Pizza Hut from time to time but this time, for the first time, that every single item that we ordered were done with freshness, quality and consistency of ingredient. It looked like the food we got came out from commercials.. eye catching, well balanced and taste good! Thank you very much!! We appreciate and truly enjoyed all our orders!
