pizza was good but 35 min delivery time is insane... and that was after it said it was out for delivery soo how does it take 35 min to drive a trn min drive if u hit every single red light
They simply don’t follow instructions. I waited easier to order from the last time I ordered and it didn’t get any better. Now they are outsourcing their deliveries to DoorDash. My last one was 35 minutes late. And I had to pay an extra charge of $4.50.
This is supposed to be mushroom,ham and black olives pizza. If there was any cheese in the middle it is obviously burnt. When I asked for a refund I was told they don’t do refunds. The girl working there is very rude.
Definitely will never return. Waited almost an hour for a carry out one topping pizza. Only explanation was my first pizza was burnt. Staff seemed like they were working against one and other. If there was a zero star I'd give it to this place.
This location sucks!!! Worst pizza ever. We ordered the spicy pepperoni pizza. Hardly any cheese or pepperoni . Doesn’t look like the tv advertisement at all !!! This location sucks!!! They are stingy as F !! The employees are unprofessional and probably spit in your food.
My special needs son was trying to order a pepperoni pizza for the family, and the low life who answered scared him by breathing heavily into the mic, laughed then hung up. For context, my son, 17, has always been one to be more responsible than others, and when we asked him if he wanted pizza he requested that he was the one to make the order. This was his first and no doubt last time ever making an order from this location. If you’re wondering who it was, it sounded like a male no older than 30. If you think you know who this is please help us get him fired immediately. No one this immature should have a job anywhere.
We ordered on Christmas Eve and we never received our order. We didn't receive a call and I never got my money back. I tried reaching out to the store SEVERAL times and I called corporate. Finally after several weeks I received an email from the director and I sent a response. I haven't heard from anyone else. Poor customer service from store level to corporate. I STILL haven't received a refund.
First my order was over an hour late then they had to remake 1 of the pizzas because they had huge bubbles in them. I get ready to pay for a 62 dollar order with a 100 dollar bill and the manager would not allow me to do so. So i had to go back and pay with a card.
customer service was great, but pizza is not how I remember it to be. Quite dry, not enough sauce. Minibons were terrible.
This store (1500 N Green Valley in Henderson NV) has always provided excellent service to us: they’re fast, pizza is always hot & well prepared, and employees are friendly & courteous.
