Super supreme stuffed crust was extra delicious and hot because we dined in. Friendly employee and the place was very clean. Wings were on point as well!
OK so this is hard to write because I love this Pizza Hut and every time I get my food it taste amazing. But then You always have that 1 employee that screws it up for everybody. So one of their female drivers has absolutely no morals and no consideration for other people driving. She hit my husband's truck leaving pizza hut last November. I guess she had to have her manager go drop the delivery off. Well she decided in March this year to call his insurance and tried putting a claim in. Which she should be thankful because my husband decided it wasn't that bad for his truck, unlike her car was pretty bad. so he just said its OK And since it was only a little bit of blemish marks on his truck, and he respected the fact that she's trying to make a living so he let it go. Which the insurance of course laughed because she waited so long evidently if it was his fault she would have called right away which made her look pretty stupid. But that's not the point the point is she has no consideration, and its obvious her parents failed in raising her. It's people Iike her that makes good people think twice about helping out.
The service can use a slight adjustment. Some employees there are very nice, but some just look at you and say nothing. That should be an easy adjustment. The food is what you should expect from pizza hut though.
I always order from this location and it’s always good. I ordered a pizza for lunch today and they delivered it so quick and the pizza was hot and amazing.
The website app is a pain in the tail you put what you want on your pizza in there and on your screen it read exactly what you ordered but when you pick up the pizza it has a completely other website... I ordered a pepperoni pizza when I got it home it was a cheese pizza and when I read the email you sent me it had cheese pizza which I did not order
If you are going to offer curbside pickup, then be prepared to deliver that service. I arrived, notified the store using the link and waited for 5 minutes. No pizza. I went inside and there is was in the rack waiting. I was annoyed.
I have tried several pizza places in the last few weeks and I’m never satisfied. Today I decided to order from Pizza Hut and it was exactly what I was wanting!
I ordered curbside delivery, and waited 15 minutes after the ready time and I checked in as being there before I had to go inside and get my order. I even tried calling 2x, but they never answered the phone. When I got my order, it was not cut into squares as instructed on the app, and it was not cooked all the way. They need to start paying attention to instructions and answer phone.
