Guy on the counter tried to scam me for over 40 bucks.Ended up having to show him both Doordash (for the correct amount AND that it was paid for) AND my Bank account to how that the right amount was debited from my account....not a good impression but the pizza was good.
Found hair in my pizza, orders constantly late or wrong and I was promised a refund that would go back to my card that night once they batch out. Guess what’s not in my account my refund. When I make a purchase it’s not buy now pay later so why is my refund done this way? I told Larry the manager that I only wanted cash because this issue and he assured me money would be back in my account at closing. Pizza is one of my autistic sons favorite foods so we order at least once a week if not more but we will not be ordering Pizza Hut any more after this last straw experience.
Anyone who has given this location a good review ONLY got lucky. EVERY TIME and I mean EVERY TIME I have used this location I’ve had problems! Wrong orders, deliveries not delivered, sometimes need to cancel the order and man is that a hassle, no one answers the phone and if they do they hang up, rude staff (sometimes). I will say sometimes the staff is kind and professional but most of the time NO. They should just close this location or hire all new professional people. I’m NEVER using this location again I’d rather drive to the one on major and boulder as I’ve had to do before anyway. Also I ordered today for delivery at 3:18 it is now 6:00 and I’m still waiting. NEVER AGAINUPDATE. Pizza was VERY COLD and was disgusting I didn’t get the 4 ranches I paid over $1 for and I didn’t get a receipt the wings were fine and the cinnamon rolls to but unfortunately I didn’t even finish eating because it was gross not just cold but gross. NEVER AGAIN! :(
Pizza was not prepared as ordered. Paid extra for additional ingredients and not added to my order. I picked my online order in store and that took way too long. No one was waiting in line and it took a very long time for anyone to simply hand me my order.
We stopped in for pizza on our way back to Arizona. The manager was super rude and to top it off my pizza was soggy!
Pizza was raw, delivery was late, no one answered the phone. I’ve tried giving this location a chance but time and time again something always seems to go wrong and I can never get an order right. Last time I waited 1.5 hours for pizza and it still wasn’t done and when I went to the store there were 4 people with the same issue.
App said be ready in 15 minutes. I was late my 5 minutes and was informed that they havent started the order yet. Waited another 25 minutes. This location isnt even busy and the workers are nowhere to be found on arrival. Then one of them in the back has super long dirty blonde hair with no hair net. Visibly disgusting inside this store.
I don’t know why we keep ordering from here. The last 4 times they got our order wrong. Saturday night they sent our pizza to the wrong address. We got a text at 6:10pm saying our pizza was out for delivery, at 7:10 we called to see where the pizza was, they said it could take up to 1 and ½ hours from when the pizza leaves the store to get our house, so we waited another 40 minutes and called again. They said our pizza had been delivered and they couldn’t give us a credit because we had complained 4 other times and the system wouldn’t allow it. I confirmed that the credits were given to us because they couldn’t get our orders right and they still said couldn’t do anything. They said if they gave us a credit we would be “black listed”. So they were going to charge us for pizzas we never received. Finally talked to someone that confirmed our pizza was delivered to the wrong address and he could get our pizzas to us and he would give us a credit. So it took us over 3 hours to get our pizza. I called tonight and they said we do not have a credit on our account. Obviously we like Pizza Hut pizza, unfortunately we can’t get good service from this location. I don’t want to call and complain, I just want the correct order at my house in a timely manner.
Ethan is very unprofessional!! Has no customer service!! He was on the phone with my cousin arguing with a customer!! unethical!! Very much so! For no reason!! HE NEEDS TO BE FIRED! IF HE DOESNT GET FIRED IS KARMA WILL COME!! PIZZA HUT CAN HIRE SOMEONE ELSE!
Avoid this place!!!!!!!!!! I ordered a pizza on line and when I came to pick it up it looked like little kids had made it. There were hardly any toppings on it and pepperoni was over cooked. Crust was white in appearance showing that it was raw. The manager looked confused and unable to handle his job or what to do about the problem. He looked very high on something. Employees weren't wearing face mask over their nose and restaurant was filthy. Idiocy was very apparent at this location. How they stay open is beyond me with the garbage food that they serve? As I stood dealing with this ridiculous manager others were coming thru the door complaining about their food. Save your self the hassle and unprofessional treatment from this place. you'll be glad you did!!!!!! Just look at all the reviews before you buy from here and it will tell you how bad this place is!!! Someone should call the health Dept.
