NEVER received my pizza. They called me a liar & called the police on me. They didn't give me a refund either.They are useless, so is this location.I will tell everyone I know to stay away from this God forsaken place!! I would give ZERO stars if I could.
I did not get the pizza I ordered. Disappointing.I rec'd a plain cheese pizza.After a delivery charge of a whopping $4.50 plus adding a fat tip BEFORE ever receiving the order, I expect the restaurant and the driver to double check and make sure the order is right before leaving.Update: I emailed right away as Pizza Hut, in this review response asked me to. They never responded back. (More disappointment.)
Do not order delivery. I ordered through pizza hut app and they sent me a text 1 hr later saying DOORDASH is bringing my order. A big mess.Doordash went to wrong house and half my order was missing and what I got was cold. I called store for refund and they said call door dash. Then door dash said call store. Then call corporate because it's through app.Pure Nonsense.
Ordered on the app 5:30 pm on a Sat. 105- 125mn was the estimated time.got a knock on the door in 95 min.When i went out to get the order the driver was in the car, said thank you and took off. I looked down and was clearly missing 2 liter of soda. went in the house to call store, hopefully they could get ahold of the driver to come back.Phone rang nonstop until it timed out several times. decided to go ahead and eat and just drink whatever i had in the house. Pizza was luke warm at best. finished, and tried to call the store again for the next 30-45 min. never answered the phone. Went online and the app. no other way to contact the store to try to remedy the problem.Edit, sent my info into them after thier response. Been several weeks, and have not been contacted.
Just got an order delivered, pizza was undercooked and soggy with grease, and my fries were completely soggy. But it’s no surprise when my order took a 20 minute car ride to get to me (I live within a mile of the store).
I ordered a pizza online and it said it will arrive in 35-45 min. 1 hour later I call to see where it is, they say it's on the way.They are 2 -3 min drive away from me... 15 min later I call and cancel. 30 min after canceling I am at another restaurant and they text and call me saying they are at my door.Another 2 hours later I get another text saying my order is ready.I have canceled over the phone and on every text sent me. Now I just want a refund
they didn't deliver pizza in time. I canceled order and they won't refund money a week of waiting so far
Ordered the new spicy lover's double pepperoni to review on my youtube channel. The pizza arrived an hour past the time they told me it would arrive. The driver said that management gave him two pizzas for me when I ordered just the one, I'm assuming for the delay. The pizza itself? The quality is terrible. I get a better pizza from frozen and cooking it at home. It’s cheaper. $50 for three pies and are disgusting. Such a waste of money. Only thing that I don’t regret is the tip to the driver.
This is the second time in a row that pizza hut has let us down. My son is autistic and this was for him. (Was one of his favorite pizzas)an hour for delivery which is fine but then we were told our items were delivered about an hour and a half later and they were not ...so they resent the order and told us it would be an additional hour?? Seriously?? 2.5 hrs for a pizza box...so disappointed for my son .
