horrible customer service I mean horrible they answer the phone put me on hold and never came back I wanted a hour and half and they sit didn't come back but they did answer my other phone???
Here’s a good recommendation. Either train staff properly find staff who cares or fire everyone and start over. Not surprised so many 1 star reviews that should tell you something. My complaint similar to others. No one answers the phone over an hour almost 1:30 mins of wait time.
I ordered right before midnight. The order tracker was not working. I contacted the store. They were down down to the last driver for the night. Very courteous and friendly. Pizza arrived within the estimated time frame. Thank you guys for your hard work to ensure everyone's late night orders made it to their destinations.
I ordered my pizza with extra sauce because the regular has not been enough at all, well this pizza was worse than regular sauce, the cheese was extremely hard and the pizza very dry from lack of sauce. I was very disappointed with my order :(
90% of the orders that I have ordered from this store has been messed up. Order taking over an hour and a half from placing order to delivery and that is if it shows up at all! 2x placed order and it never showed and no one answers the phone at that store. Food is mediocre; desserts undercooked, pizza a little over cooked. I prefer Pizza Hut but am starting to think its time to prefer a different place.
Every single time we place an order it's an added 1½ hour wait.. tried to order something today, and they sent it through door dash. (Wouldn't have ordered if we knew) 2 hours later food never arrived, driver never answered, and now we're waiting 5 days for a refund?
This facility has always been prompt and so good to needs of the customer I have never been let down and I order regularly I did a customer pickup instead of delivery the guy being said the guy running the place was extremely nice my complements go out to u I will way order more I am a pizza guy u will always b my pizza place, I love u guys and enjoy n love ur pizza, keep up the good job.
Estimated wait time of 35-45 mins...I understand that they may be busy and it may take longer. But we waited an hour and a half for a pizza dinner box that showed up cold and missing all of the sauce that we ordered. Definitely not worth the money.
The pizza was missing cheese on 1 side and the ingredients were very light. 3 toppings were ordered. Just got a hand full. Need quality and quantity.
My food was cold and my pizza was dry like no sauce as if it was just sitting there under a heat lamp. Very unhappy with my order
