Been to many Panera’s and the one at Green Valley is the best by far! Love the staff and the food is amazing as always. If you want some healthy good food. I recommend you go here!

This store is such a pleasure. Service is always quick and service with a smile is provided with each visit. This location is definitely my favorite. Very nice dining room atmosphere as well to sit down and enjoy your meal too! Definitely recommend coming to this location without a doubt. A young group of friendly, fast and dedicated teen staff working the front end. A++++++
This location got the jubilee gold prize to me on Fridays. They have the best team made only out of young girls and skinny and prompt to serve, including the manager. She is such a young girl , I am pretty sure she is sixteen. Excellent team work. They get along with each other at their own pace. It is very beautiful to see them work together, it is hilarious and pleasant and exciting. That is the spirit of Panera Bread. Youth, girls look alike, they look all sisters to each other, and they all listen to their manager. It is super cool to watch, they look like a family. This location has the best team work on Fridays. Hooray. !!!!!!!!!! I love the agave lemonade. My location on south rainbow where I live never have the agave lemonade. They say the machine is broken for months. What a shame. !!!!!!!

There is no soap in the dispensary whatsoever. With this pandemic, I hope the department of health reads my review and fine this location big time. They deserve, this is pandemic and panera bread offended by not having no soap to wash my hands. Yikes, ....I wish to have my money back or some free food compensation for a Mediterranean bowl, when I go again next week again and not find any soap in the bathroom to wash my hands. You darn mercenaries.
I received a delivery order from this location. Usually I love Panera but today was a flop. I usually just order my bagels plain because I like to cut and toast them myself. I checked to make sure before I placed the order to make sure it was just left alone. The bagel was delivered burnt and hard. It was inedible.
So, I had a bad experience before but I didn't give up and I returned! It was an excellent experience this time - the real tall tan man running the place is really nice, he's focused, he embraces the customers, and he has real conversations w/us. The employees are not listening very well when I make my order so that seems to be where the issue is...at the order counter. They do make it right if you tell them the mistake.
Ordered the soup bowl which was delicious but the strawberry lemonade was a rip off, I only got about 3 sips out of it. I ordered a large but was told they only make 16oz after it was made and brought out to me..
Food was as expected, item I wanted was not on the menu but something they had in their register menu and I was able to order. Even the cashier was confused as to why it was not on the big menu for customers to see. The cell service (not the locations fault) is dodgy here.
