Definitely not the most attentive location. I have ordered from here a few times and there is a 50/50 chance something will be missing or weird about your order. I once received a sausage breakfast sandwich with no sausage. Another time, I asked for spinach on my sandwich and they put half the bag on it. Most recently, I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and just got the bagel. Not sure about you, but a dry bagel to me is not edible. i would say that going to the restaurant to eat is a better bet than ordering. If you need to order, do it from the location at GVR.
I am working my way through their menu, some other stuff I really don’t like just because I don’t like it. But let me tell you about a turkey sandwich I had there recently. The bread was incredible just the right amount of chew-ability to the crust and doughy stretchy white bread. The lettuce was cold and crisp as was the tomato. You could tell the slow roasted flavor of the turkey with some horseradish in the mix. Absolute joy eating the sandwich. The chips that come with it are they like chewing on broken glass would not advise. But they’re charged lemonades charged with caffeine are awesome strawberry lemonade with mint and Fuji apple lemonade concoction awesome! Check into their sip club $12 get you all you can drink all month long and they always give you discounts to help you decide on a cookie or a muffin to go with your morning coffee and their coffee is good. I like their hazelnut coffee.
Good food but I guess they don’t care about cutting the stem off of their salad. Also, I guess they are ok serving spoiled food. Disappointing!
Order a bagel and coffee here after a few years of not having Panera and I was disappointed. I literally paid $5 to spread my own bagel cream cheese and pour my own coffee. What does the staff do here? And what am I paying for?
This Panera location is disgusting…trash all over the sticky floors that haven’t been mopped in weeks, splatters of food all over the walls and windows/window screens, carpets caked with old food, you name it. Come on Panera, get it together! Hard to feel comfortable eating food that’s cooked in a kitchen attached to a dining room as gross as this one.
The cheddar broccoli bread bowl was delicious! highly recommend!
Got a stain on my shirt from outside of drink cup. Didn't get add on item for mac-n-cheese. Simple procedures and proper training should have prevented both of these.
I am slighted by their performance on my last visit. I asked if everything was in the bag? They said yes sir. So on my way I went. Get home 20 minutes later, go to finish eating and discovered our cookies were not put in the bag. 3 of them at 5 bucks a pop. Thanks guys.im 20 minutes away..Maybe you guys should do what the Flaming Fajita does and show your guest their order items ordered before your guest leaves after paying these already inflated prices. Just a thought.Thanks .
Good quality, on everything, good service, I have them 4 because of the prices. They used to have some sugar cookies very good, but pricey. I will still going, but absolutely not as often as before. It ends reflecting on your budget.
Orders are taken too far away from food displayed to make choices based on employee questions regarding food add-ons (would you like to add a pastry for a dollar?) Ect. Food is overpriced for what you get. I only eat here when I receive gift cards.
