I have purchased food from this place a couple of times, but learned very quickly that any side of egg roll, Wong tong and such needs a side of duck or sweet & sour sauce. Today I asked for a side of sweet and sour as I was cashing out, she said sure! And quickly tossed a handful of packets and whatnot in my bag. I once again ask for a side of sweet and sour, but explain that I want fresh sauce. She tells me they no longer carry the container, so they don't do that anymore. I stated being willing to pay for the side, and she could perhaps put it in a cup or plastic to-go container. She looked at me and again said, we don't do that. I insisted on wanting sauce for my sides, so she walks up to ask another employee, and then return and say's.....we don't do that! I decided not to hold up the line and just walk away, but felt like I was now forced to eat something I knew was not going to good or as satisfied as I was hoping. I had now spent $20.00 on a single meal, that I was willing to pay more for, but was denied a side of fresh sweet and sour that is now substituted by cheap packets. I will most definitely not be returning there anymore.Vegetarian options: They definitely offer vegetarian options such as rice, noodles, cabbage/broccoli sides and such.Kid-friendliness: As far as having any playgrounds, indoor activities, or arcades...this location has none. It has a small I door sit-down area, but it's not inviting or even well light.Parking: The parking is extremely limited and very narrow parking spaces. The shopping center offers a large parking lot, however most of the food vendors are on that one section of the strip, and whit a very few parking spot. Most of the time I just park, and walk across the lot.Wheelchair accessibility: It has 2 handicap parking spots, however neither one of the spots have wheelchair accessible space.Dietary restrictions: This is definitely not a best option for anyone who has dietary restriction on carbs, calories, salt, sugar, or fats. They have veggie, but it would be a limited option.
Ordered a bowl with no vegetables, they took a considerable amount of time to make my order (which is perfectly acceptable; picky eaters shouldn't complain about the time taken to accommodate us), and then handed me an order that was chock full of vegetables-- which begs the question of why they didn't just serve me a bowl of the already prepared food instead of making me wait.
Its okay in a pinch. Ordered pepper steak and didn't see any peppers but saw other vegetables. Boy did I catch it when I got home and this after I questioned the server about what he was dishing up and was assured it was what I ordered. I won't ordered that again you can believe that.
Omg, why are the employees here so ridiculously rude? I have made numerous "numerous" complaints and nothing has been done. Yateth and Eileen are two of the worst customer interaction service employees I have ever come across. The manager seems to not care at all, and she just let's them continue to treat customers horribly. Today I have had enough and Panda Express has lost me as a customer forever. Terrible employees seem to be more important then customer satisfaction. Never again
I've been going to this Panda Express for years now, I really like the staff and the location. Right next to Boba King and Albertsons, me and my friends use to hand out around here for hours on end having fun. Highly recommend for any Panda Express fan
We got turned away from 120 E Lake Mead Parkway branch at 9pm (closing is at 10pm), no more options left, and said that we can’t use the bathrooms anymore since they already cleaned it. We got to this branch at 9:30pm and we were accommodated with no issue. Still had plenty of options, and even when they were in the middle of cleaning they allowed us to use the bathrooms. The staff was awesome and we got our craving fixed. Five stars for this branch. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
we arrived at 9:33 they close at 10 they only had orange chicken and shrimp . when asked they said thats all they have t . . asked for the managers name and proceeded to walk to my vehicle as i was backing out he came out and said yeah we close our lobby kitchen at 9:30 when asked but why isnt there atleast food to serve he stated have a good night worst panda ever
Asia separated us as a family and only wanted to help my husband. Made my son and I feel uncomfortable. She never even offered drinks.
Good food, busy but yet fast service did forget sauces on 2 of our dishes but been coming hear for years it happens from time to time we are human and makes mistakes they always make it right! I recommend this place!
Great food but I wanted some spring rolls and the gal said they were out. There was a man on the fryer, she tells me her chef is not here, im thinking, looks like he's standing right there working the grill next to the fryer. So he can grill but he can't drop a basket of pre rolled egg rolls . Really people?
