Like others have said, the quality has gone completely downhill since the new ownership a few months ago. Napoli used to be my favorite pizza. The new portions are half or even less than half of the amount of cheese they used to put on. And all that for $12.99 instead of the old price of $7.99 or $8.99 for the 16" carry out special... Your money is much better spent at any other pizza joint. Don't get ripped off like the rest of us.
We ordered 2 pizzas, pasta, and salad online. We got there 35 minutes later our pizza is not even ready yet. We were told to come back and wait another 35 minutes. ?♀️ I would understand if they were busy but that wasn't the case. Oh, and the manager did not apologize at all. I don't think we will be ordering from this place again. You are better off going to pizza hut
We always order from Napoli's and are never disappointed with their food. As of lately, specifically tonight's order, this is the first time in my house that there was any food left over. There are seven slices of pizza left in the box because our pizza was swimming in onions. There was no pineapple, and there was no extra to the extra cheese we ordered. My husband commented that it was a little over cooked due to the layer of orange oil sitting on top the pizza. Never seen a pizza with that on top. We also ordered 10 piece wings, half honey bbq and half mild buffalo. We had just had their wings at a friend's the night before and loved it. Nothing mild about the mild buffalo wings we got. Also left over. Family favorite aside from the pizza is always their cheesecake. Have never ordered our pizza dinners without it. Two of three slices ordered sitting in my fridge. The portion size wasn't worth the nearly $6.00 charge per slice. In all honesty, looking at it, that's not the same cheesecake we always had before. By taste and consistency, its not the same cheesecake.
I was driving, (that's why I couldn't put my order in online) spent 7 minutes on hold! How long does it take to take an order?!!! Having worked fast food before, the answer is not that long!! Or even if they were busy, we'll be right with you, you have 2 callers in front of you....... Nothing. Called again and waited another 5 minutes! Waiting almost 15 minutes to put an order in, ridiculous! ??????
We ordered dinner through slice. The delivery driver called twice to tell us the restaurant repeatedly said 10 minutes and it ended up taking an hour and 20 minutes. The delivery driver stated the restaurant manager was incredibly rude. The first picture is Bruschetta, no tomatoes. The second picture is garlic knots with cheese, not anything like the garlic knots with cheese pictured in the menu, and our pepperoni pizza is without pepperoni. The fried ravioli with sauce was a soggy mess and spilled in the bag with the rest of the food. We were charged $1.70 for ranch and it was not included. The restaurant refunded half the pizza cost and the Bruschetta through slice. I called the restaurant and the manager was rude and stated I was lucky to get the refund I got, because usually they only refund $3.00. The food is good sometimes, not consistent, the service is always terrible.
The pizza is good if you get what you ordered … ordered food multiple times and either got something else as replacement that I did not ask for nor want or old pizza nobody picked up. Cheese sticks were just bad. Zucchini sticks worse. Both over cooked potato skins were bad , not loaded as on menu it had very little liquid cheese barely on potatoes that’s it ! Ordered bruschetta first time it was good. 4 pieces is in 1 order. 2 time ordered bruschetta I got 2 containers with 2 pieces in each container and over -charged for 2 orders …. When it is made as you ordered it it’s great pizza !!!! Ordered the Philly sub bomb with fries. I got sweet potato fries ( didn’t order ) rather then regular fries as I asked .. I no longer order from this place too many screw ups every time we ordered. It was as if they ignore what you ordered and deliver the old food someone else ordered and didn’t pick up … I got bucket of wings when I opened up container. 3 wings were eaten and bones were tossed back into container … that did it for us
I have never eaten here and never will this is as a delivery driver never come here for order unless it's really worth it, they are the slowest pizza place I have ever been to. I've been for a pickup 30 min after time I was supposed to pick up and they still say 25-30 min and it's every time I come here. And not 1 customer inside. It shouldn't take over a hour for a cheese pizza. I know they have huge pizzas if those take up too much room in oven or take too long to cook maybe they shouldn't have it
We use to love this place, we would always go out of our way to get pizza from here. However ever since they changed owners quality of the food and service is horrible! Never again ordering from here took over two hours to get our food, after waiting hour and half I made several attempts to call for status manager Amanda lied she said the driver had left with our order after 15 minutes she called me back stating the driver did not have our food and was on his way. Took him another 30 minutes to arrive by then our food was cold. Called back waited on hold of 10 minutes a manager was rude when I ask for refund she said sure I’ll send driver back for the food.
I used their app to place an order. Not some 3rd party app, the actual Napoli app. I waited half an hour and got to the restaurant, and they haven't even received the order, and now here I sit waiting another half hour for my food that should have been done 45 minutes ago. They were quick enough to take my money within seconds of the order being submitted, but when I got to the restaurant, I was presented with the option to "write your name down and I can request a refund." No telling how long that would take, if at all.I could understand if this was an isolated incident, but this is the 3rd time this has happened! What a Terrible way to run a business!
My recent visit the food has almost always been good, but there's been further improvements such as to go packaging, how the food is arranged and further improvement on their thin slice pizza. A great to go meal, that out did the local Italian chain with their spaghettis.
