Pretty quick through the drive through despite the small parking lot and at times the long lines in the drive through.Thor is the character of the month for their happy meals!
This McDonald's is horrible window staff are the worst, all have attitudes and act as though they can't hear you. This is the closet one to my location but will be finding another one to go to not to mention how slow they are.
Bad service, ignored me for 20 min while i waiting for order. FAST FOOD HUH? . I'm standing waiting and nobody said anything thing thanks, had to leave without the food and go somewhere else
They are always real busy had issue with atm not working though i had cash thank goodness or i might of been longer then 20 min in drive thru and this day only one car ahead of me. No offer of an extra item or discount by manager for the long wait. An apology was not cutting it!
A MANAGER STOLE MONEY FROM ME HERE!i was well taken care of by keisha when i brought this to her attention. i wish i was lying but you do not steal from paying customers who gave no issues. i’m in customer service i get it, gives NO right for people to steal.
The restaurant and seating areas are always very clean and tidy. Some booths have power outlets you can use to charge your device.The bathrooms are always fully stocked and clean
GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE they gey a 4 due to chicken sandwich was burnt but it was due able. But the service i can not complain. Good manager.
It's a clean looking place and they are nice there, but they always forget something like napkins or fork or a hash brown. Guess can't expect perfection from a fast food restaurant that's short handed.
The line was ridiculously crazy around 5:30 and had to wait an extremely long time for not many items. However the employee you had out bringing food out was a girl with braces and she was extremely helpful and polite and made the situation the best it could be, I appreciate people like this and your employees sticking it through during crazy times!
I just moved into the neighborhood and have gone to this McDonald's about 6 times in 3 months and every single time they have made us wait extensively even for small orders. They make us wait in curbside over 10 minutes, in the store, and in the Drive-Thru they've had us pull over every time and wait for the food. Once they even told us they accidentally sold our order and they would start making it right away! The employees are nice, but slow.
