I often order in the morning, via the app, with drive-thru pickup. There are usually other cars in line, but most orders are processed quickly, so if you're willing to wait ten minutes between entry and exit, you'll usually have time to spare. Most of the time, my order is completed correctly. They did screw up once, and I was underwhelmed by their response. Guess I figured they'd comp me a breakfast sandwich in the future, since that's what they shorted me. Sort of my own fault for not checking the bag before driving off. But you'd think they could check their records and see that I order here regularly and don't complain, so if I'm actually complaining once, there's something to it. Nonetheless, I'll give them four stars. The dollar coffee alone is worth three stars!
Awesome they have a dope fish tank with just 4 fish. They gave me free water the other day when I was walking. Very nice. I wish they still had the Nintendo 64 but what can ya do?
I placed an order for curbside pick up and one of the employees came to mi saying the coffee machine was broken and he asked me if I want ice cream instead of coffee, I said no.My order was a big mocha frappe, french fries and a McFlurry.They never brought me the rest of my order.I went inside to ask about it and they told me that I was able to refund my order through the app. I told I wasn't able to since the order had already been processed and I've been given my receipt. The manager didn't understand and I was given attitude. He then asked if i wanted a refund through the register and so I did.Also let your workers know when they're cooking please do not chew gum.It looks nasty and you guys are spill saliva on it
I ordered a very simple order at 10pm . Two burgers two fries, the car before me had a problem with there order so that held the line up for a while. When I got my order everything looked fine but when I got home the fries were barely filled up & they were so soggy they wasn’t even standing up ?. So I took the order back and the first thing the manager said was That was almost 30 min ago & I said of course the line was long and I drove all the way home. They remade my order but they definitely need to put better effort into this.
I used to have Micki D's for breakfast when I worked at Target. I missed their Sausage, egg& cheese biscuit sandwich with an crispy hash brown. A blueberry muffin on the side w/ green tea latte. I finally had my Micki D's and it was awesome ??. Gotta do it again
Well, they messed up an order & forgot the drink for the happy meal. The play place was closed. The gal at the counter was doing both front counter & drive thru orders. I wouldn't say our food was hot, but it was edible.
I ordered a Big Mac from them and I was disgusted at their food. The sandwich they gave me was all messed up and sloppy with the middle bun as the bottom and the bottom bun stuck in the middle. Also, the burger smelled disgusting and looked as if someone spit and snotted in it. I would not ever buy McDonald's food again. They tried to call me and left a message that they would call me again to clarify this matter but haven't heard from Jaca or whoever it was. Well McDonald's lost a customer for life. I will escalate this to Corporate and then I'm done with MCD.

The service at this McDonald's is always great and very fast! Mary, is one of the workers there who always gives excellent customer service. She was at the front counter yesterday, not at the window this time, and she remembered me from the day I drove thru. You can't get any better than that!! Good job Mary!!!
I went through the drive-through, and I should have known that the order would be messed up. The guy had a very strong accent and had a hard time understanding me. I ordered three-quarter pounders with cheese and two kids' meals with chicken Mc Nuggets. Drinks were two apple juices, two cokes, and one coffee. We paid and went to the second window for the food. Not ready. He hands me one coke. I asked for all the drinks in a cup holder. With attitude, he gave me two cokes in a cup holder and said that I had to pull around to the front to get the food and the rest of the drinks. I pull to the front, and there's a tall guard rail that the lady is having to lift the orders over instead of coming to your car window. I got the food, but not the coffee. So she goes back inside and gets the coffee but not the apple juice. We get to the house and discover no apple juice. I called then and got the guy with the accent, and he can't understand me and hangs up on me. I can't help it if you can't understand what I'm saying, and they weren't that busy that the service was bad. I don't think that I'll be going back there again!
