I ordered the chicken katsu and bbq chicken, it came with white steamed rice and macaroni salad. The chicken bbq was not grilled enough. Overall experience not good! We asked for extra sauce, I believe the Lady asked for .50 cts we was short 5 cts. And she turns us down over 5 cts. When we spent $27 on your not well done chicken. L &L Hawaiian BBQ at Silverado Ranch next to Neighborhood Walmart is the best one, and the owner is a kind lady.
Been a while since I had some true Hawaii style food Plus service with a smile... Food took a Little time but they make it fresh... Kudos to the Cook for hooking it up... Woohoo ? mahalo Peeps...✌️?
Be careful I have never eaten here before but I was at Ross yesterday and figured I’d try it but maybe 4 hours later I became so sick and it was the only thing I have eaten in the past 2 days besides some chips, I hadn’t had an appetite because I had been so busy, but I ended up with food poisoning. Just for reference I had the short ribs rice cabbage and macaroni salad. Not sure if maybe it was cross contamination or the Mayo from the salad, idk but I’m still sick and had to miss work so I won’t be eating here again
If I could leave less than 1 star I absolutely would. Went there 2 nights ago and ordered 2 plates 1 was a chicken Katzu and the 2nd one was the cheeseburger combo. I ordered and waited 30 mins just to get my food when other people got there’s before we did. Then after we had got home my fries weren’t cooked all the way through the Katzu tasted absolutely disgusting. Basically the whole order was gross. So I called the store and the lady that is up front with the short black hair said “the food was gross because we were busy”. You do not talk to your customers that way in the customer service business. So then I decided to call customer service on her and see if there was anything the owner could do. I talked to a lady and she had told me that the owner would only replace macronni salad, fries and a drink and then 2 days later I call back and now he only wants to give a refund back for the fries and macaroni salad. What a joke this place is. If you want to eat here please go to the one off of E Serene. This place is a joke and that lady is very disrespectful to anyone and everyone. And this isn’t the first time this is the second time she has been rude to me and my husband.
Was really looking forward to trying this place .Ordered BBQ beef dinner plate. Expecting to get bbq.There was no bbq sauce of any kind on my order. Just thrown on grill and cooked. All meats were very tough and stringy.Rice was rice. Macaroni salad tasted old . Was looking for pineapple type cooked chicken . No pineapple. Not even on menu .All we got got was teriyaki sauce..
A Chef Uber favorite where the gravy is perfect, the rice is ideal and everything is authentic Hawaiian style. When to L&L order BBQ mix plate. When I get home start eating my food.. but the BBQ Ribs didn't tested good. The Ribs tested old. Suggy and looks colored called the restaurant. To let them. Food was bad. Th girls who answered only said sorry you can brin the food back. Was tire and hungry. Won't go back .. pay$ 15 for nothing to eat.
I normally enjoy their Seafood here. I order the Seafood combo. Everything was fried extremely hard and I ended up not able to eat the entire entrée. I'm very disappointed. :((ordered to go) I will be going to other Hawaiian restaurants elsewhere.
Lumpia here always knocks it out of the park, really delicious and huge plates of food in a comfortable setting as well.Usually just split a bbq mix plate with the girlfriend and we still take leftovers home. Nice variety of musubi too!Definitely recommend for a quick and hearty meal anytime.
