The hardest thing about easting at KFC is the usually dirty state of the restaurant and the more disgusting than average bathrooms there. I generally like the food fine if it's prepared right. The food here was fine, the bathroom was not awesome and the service was very friendly and helpful. I guess that's a mixed bag of results, hence the mid grade rating. I mostly just do take out to avoid the bathroom concern but the problem with that is that most KFC's forget to add your dipping sauce when you order strips as if that a job requirement. They make you pick the sauces you want when you order online and then don't give them to you unless you remember to check your bag and ask for them again. I haven't done takeout from this location but i can only assume it's the same. I gave 3 stars rather than two because the employees were friendly and helpful and my food met expectations. I really do like KFC but I feel like the Colonel would take issue with a few things that are common to the chain were he still around.
30 min for chicken tenders... from the drive through. Food was good - but they should have just told me they had to cook the tenders. I would have switched. A half hour is nuts at a fast food place. There was plenty of chicken already cooked (I could see it).
I would give no stars if I could.We ordered 2 meals in the drive thru and they asked us to go park and wait for them to bring it out. After about 10 min my husband went in. He waited 10 more minutes in the store before someone would even acknowledge him. There were a bunch of other unhappy customers already standing around in there waiting for their food as well. Finally got the food about 30 minutes after ordering and not so much as a sorry for the wait. Oh also they forgot cookies and sauce. We haven't been to this store in about 6 months because we had slow service several times in a row. We decided to give them another chance. Our mistake. Management doesn't care. Won't be back.
Do not go to this location. Ordered fries and a drink . Had to wait 3 minutes for the fries. Finally went in after seeing two others behind me get their food. Went in and nothing was even ready and didn't know about the order.VERY DIRTY in the food area.
This location was very busy tonight but Darryl was amazing. His sparkling personality more than made up for the wait. My chicken sandwich was delicious! I'm very glad we came here tonight.
I waited 12 minutes inside the store while they kept filling orders at the drive thru. They kept telling me we will be right with you. Finally when a guy came and took my order which was a number 4, I asked for a free Cole slaw or something, he said I could not get anything free. I told him to keep the chicken and left. He said it like he was mad when I'm the one that was standing around waiting, terrible terrible service.
Every order we pick up from there is wrong and missing something. Biscuits were hard. Chicken tenders we're missing. Sides we're good. They tried to charge me extra for sauces that came with my meal. When you can get your order it taste good but getting the meal is hard.
This is literally the worst run fast food place ive ever been to. Every single time we order we are given the wrong food, or shorted food.Awful.
Been coming to this place for 15 years and I’m done after tonight. It’s been getting progressively worse with each passing year, and tonight I’ve finally had it with them. Waited 30 minutes in line at the front counter with one person in front of me. Employees were wandering around and mostly just concentrating on the drive thru. One was on her phone. When they took my order, it took another 25 minutes to make it, so 55 minutes before I sat down to eat. Not a single table in the restaurant was clean. The mashed potatoes had white flaky stuff in them, kind of like it’s made from dry potato flakes that weren’t mixed properly. The bathroom had no paper towels and no soap. Water in the bathroom sink was either very cold or scalding hot. Yeah, I’m done with this place.
