Came here for a #6 combo meal tonight, just now. They had run out of original chicken at this point so the cashier asked if it was ok to make it crispy. Shoot hell yeah my guy. I don't get people who throw fits. I wanted to recognize the cashier though. William was so sweet and funny. He had us smiling the entire 5 minutes we had with him. Best energy at this drive thru ever. As long as William is there I will continue coming back.
My experience at KFC was not very good this time I asked for original recipe and once I got home and opened it up it was the crispy which I do not like. This is not the first time this has happened at this location so I think I'm just going to have to go to another location.
Good luck getting your order right, I've given this place countless chances and the order is NEVER correct. What I did receive was practically inedible. The only good thing was the biscuits Waste of money. Waste of time.
Chicken was old and dry like it been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. Biscuits were hard as a rock. Coleslaw had no flavor to it like it was old. $28 down the drain. I threw it all out we couldn't eat any of it. The mashed potatoes and gravy were okay so we did eat that.
Food was great, service was great and we were lucky enough to get there at the perfect time to sit down and have the whole place to our selves.
Okay seriously though! I wished I tipped because they were amazing. Also the inside ?? I never knew how pretty the inside of KFC was!
Service was quick via the drive thru. The only negative was a note saying some items not available due to trucking issue. Food was hot and good.
I always have problems with my order. Either items are placed in the wrong container or what was ordered was substituted for what was ordered with out explanation. When I arrived home I was very angry as I paid for one thing and received a lesser value item. I believe in each instance the staff is not paying attention to the monitor and the asset. Manager and the manager isn't paying attention to the staff preparing orders or they are willing accepting this behavior because of profits. This is a good way of driving customers away. I know I have to check my orders before I leave to get it right. I shouldn't have to do that. Nor any other customer. Bad service is never acceptable. The management team needs to tighten up their vision of employees and their preparation of customer orders.
The service was super fast and my order was fulfilled perfectly and really fresh. The chicken sandwich was a little dry, it could've used more sauce, food always tastes better when it's messy.
Horrible experience! I was here two weeks ago and bought beyond chicken nuggets and was very happy with the meal. I placed an order online today for the same item and paid $13. I got to the store and they told me they’re no longer selling beyond meat. The manager, would not give me a cash refund. He told me I had to call corporate to get my money back because it was an online order. Well I called corporate and sat on hold for 10 minutes and nobody picked up.Horrible experience! Any other manager would’ve given the cash back and apologized profusely
