Awesome food and great service! Try the tempura Brussels sprouts.
I have no complaints! I've only ever been to the one on Flamingo and Decatur. It's been a while, but I remember having to wait 2 hours for a table. Not this one! Walked right in at 8:30pm, no wait, not busy on a Tuesday night. Very good and fast service. Thanks!
This is such a nice, quiet, little place to get a delicious meal. The staff were friendly & attentive. The prices are fair. I'll definitely be going back again.
This is one of the top Ramen bars in Henderson. Great atmosphere, great food and service. Be careful with the spice. The range is from 1-10 but a 5 is too hot in my opinion.
Very slow service and their gluten-free ramen option is absolutely tasteless and bland. Also took them over 30 minutes to prepare a salad/poke bowl when the restaurant barely had any other customers dining in. Likely won't come back again. Not a good first time experience.
I got the tonkatsu black which I thought could be hotter and more flavorful! We also got the salmon/spicy tuna cone which was very pretty but the cone itself was sweet and waffle like so very interesting but wouldn’t try again!
Really cute spot. Staff was super responsive and seated us quickly. Deducted a point solely because it was dark and the writing on the menu was very small. It was hard for my friend to read the menu. We lived out food though and the poke taco was a fun addition. I'm glad I tried it.
I normally go here no problem, except for today, as the service wasn't very good. I'll just make a list of what went wrong:Disclaimer: my +1 and I were seated in the corner closest to the entrance inside. I don't know if this is causation or correlation to our given service, as we were a bit out-of-sight. They were busy, admittedly.• They gave us our appetizers without plates or chopsticks. We had to ask for them• They only gave us 1 napkin• They never refilled our drinks• Not sure if servers are given zones in this restaurant, as we had two ask us if we had already ordered, AND if we were ready for the check.• I ordered my ramen with a topping that I never received.• They were apparently out of the topping I ordered which is why I never received it, but I wasn't told this until I had requested to take my topping off my bill before I was about to pay.• It took them at least 20 minutes to take our cards. The table of three next to us was seated after us and still left before us because it took them that long to get our cards. What was supposed to be a quick 30-45 minute dinner took about 1.5 hrs. There were other guests waiting that could have been seated sooner if they had paid a bit more attention.
Place is cozy. I want to like it. Staff deployment could be better; not incredibly efficient; team just kind of grinds through service but nothing seems fluid. Broth is really good. Char su taste packaged. Great location and would be packed if things moved better.
I've been a regular at Jinya for over a year now, so I was initially excited when I heard that they were opening a new location on Eastern. However, the customer service displayed by staff is terrible. They never answer the phone when you call, and when you do, they lie to you. I called earlier today and spoke to a lady who said that their kitchen closes at 9:30 because the restaurant closes at 10pm. So I call back at 9pm to place and order, and I call again and again (6 times!) until they finally pick up. Then a different lady tells me that the kitchen closes at 9 even though the restaurant isn't closed until 10!I will give continue to drive miles out of my way to Jinya's Flamingo or Rainbow locations instead of going here. Whoever reads this review, please consider better employee acquisition or training! Customer interaction makes or breaks the business!
