5 employees standing around watching 2 employees work ..1 sandwich maker and 1 person to cut and three others to supervise ...horrible place..meanwhile call in orders are last priority..stay away from here
I like this place for the most part, but was disappointed that you could not order a kids sandwich of any sandwich you choose... my kiddo likes a specific one but can't eat a regular sized sandwich (she's 4), and so this was a let down.
I love Jimmy John's you cannot go wrong here their sandwiches are always crisp and fresh and the staff the best
Love the Gargantuan! I tried the wheat bread but the original french is better
They don't give as much Meat as they use to when they 1st came out

Drove to this location, was starving eight months pregnant. Requested extra cheese on my sandwiches. Did not get the extra cheese, got charged for the extra cheese, drove away. Called to tell them the issue. Manager offered to give me "credit for 79 cent cheese on my next visit. " I was going to this location for years and have spent so much money here. How disappointing. SO much for customer service or appreciation.
They should b allowed a tip jar...Always super friendly!! Always make perfect sandwiches!!!

I had a good experience here. The staff was very friendly and they didn't waste anytime in preparing my sandwich. I was pleasantly surprised how tasty it actually was. I felt that I got a good sandwich for the price I paid for it. Go on in and visit them here at the store on St. Rose Pkwy.
