Staff were pleasant. We arrived at a particularly busy time and they were only taking orders via the app which we didn't have. They still took our order and the food was actually quite good.
Food is well prepared and tasty but the atmosphere with dirty homeless people inside makes the moment uncomfortable, best to use the drive-thru.
Food was cold, seemed like it had been sitting for hours before I got served with it. And the service was mediocre at best. Most the tables in the dine in area where dirty despite them appearing to not be busy at all. Definitely not going back.
I have lived near this Jack in the box for like 7 years. I have seen every new manager and crew member for the last 7 years. The food and the customer service has never impressed me there.Until recently.Recently there has been a shift. The food has been literally bussin! Like I can't even stop eating my cheeseburger right now because it's that good. It was made with love y'all.There's All these beautiful Latina women working back there and I just want you ladies to know that I see you! Your food is popping It is so bomb it is so fire. The food at that Jack in the box has never been so good until you started working there. When the drive-thru window opens the whole vibe in there feels so good! You ladies are working so hard feeding our community and you take pride and dignity and what you're doing and it shows. And I appreciate it! Because I'm just a mom who has severe cramps on her period today and I needed a cheeseburger and y'all came through. Y'all the real MVPs! Sending you beautiful ladies all the good things today! You deserve to be recognized!?????
Even though drive thru was down tje manager and staff were very friendly, helpful, and apologetic. They could only take orders through the app because their systems were down. This only took a few minutes. The overnight manager took a negative and made it a positive experience.
NOT open 24 hours as indicated! The drive thru is 'open' at night/late hours only for mobile orders and pick ups, per a handwritten noted posted with tape. I couldn't order via the drive thru. This business needs to post accurate hours. My review based on Friday April 1st '22.
Been having problems ever since I started coming here. They’re always understaffed. Everytime you pull up to that window after 10pm they tell you they’re not taking orders or don’t acknowledge you at all, so you have to leave. It’s ridiculous and I’ve never seen this kind of unprofessionalism. You can’t advertise to be a 24/7 drive thru and then stop taking orders at 7pm. It doesn’t work that way!!
Just went here and was told they are only taking door dash and Uber eat orders. I swear this is an every night occurrence between 11 pm and 3 am. It'sAWAYS a different excuse on why they can't take your order. If they aren't open 24 hours then shut the location down.The customer service here is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE and the food quality Is getting really bad, it's like the workers and owners just don't care at all.
Found a fried dead rat in my meal, when I called the store to report it. The manager said they had a rodent problem very rudely, refused to identify herself then hung up on me after I asked for the corporate office number to report it. I’m getting a lawyer! Don’t eat there unless you like rodent burgers.
Ordered a pick up order and when we arrived to get it they told us it “wasn’t in their system” but they had already charged my card. I double checked to verify I came to the correct location, and we were at the correct one. They basically told us tough s*** and to come back tomorrow to see a manager. I understand the systems can mess up sometimes, but they could have done more for us. Horrible customer service.
