How they gave me my curly fries ? and they forgot my ranch also.
The manager overcharged me for food she didn't offer to give make my order a combo she charged me individually then Zach the employee told me I needed to come back to get the difference I'm on a lunch can't come back. If they did there job right would be no issues. Store was dirty. Won't be going back there.
Jack in the box they have good food usually fast friendly service and good breakfast sandwiches you can always count on them being open when everyone else is closed for sure
I have never had any good experiences with Jack in the box and their food. This one was really great the only problem I had was one of the girls that was at the window was obviously trying to flirt with my husband and I was just sitting there laughing ? like if you're going to flirt with him then flirt with me too I want to discount as well!
Signs say open 24 hours but they block it off with milk crates. You can clearly see employees in there though. Must be nice to get paid to literally do nothing. How does upper management not notice this?
Never coming back to this location ever again. Everytime I show up around 9 pm this place is close and all the employees are looking and laughing. And to the owner of the establishment don't bother commenting on this.
GPS says open 24 hours dine in & drive thru. I'm sitting in the drive thru with 5 cars behind me at 5 am and no one is here. We all pull through with no food, then the sign on the pay window says drive thru 24 hours and dine in 5 am...still no one around....I also went to the one on Gibson and 215 1st...lots of people inside behind the counter doing God knows what, or outside smoking and they taped a sign on the drive thru menu that says closed...so frustrating ?
I don't usually have the best service at a lot of fast food restaurants but this one I had a really good experience the staff there were friendly my food was extremely good and fresh made to order. I was surprised and I will definitely go back to this Jack in the box
mixed up our orders. our food was given to someone else. our number was never called out. if it hadn't been for my husband waiting for a long time for our food, our second order would have gone to someone else again. trash falling out of can, bathroom was closed, reason ?our buttery jack was dry, where's the butter? fries cold. won't go back to this location, Jack!
Just passing through to grab some breakfast on out way to the Grand Canyon. Stopped here and just want to give a shout out to Jeremiah in the drive thru. He was super friendly! Thank you! Have an awesome day!
