The worst jack on the box ever the staff is the rudest and nasty staff out there I ordered my food and the staff has such a bad attitude and don't even get have my order. So I repeat my order all while they are rolling their eyes. I wait for my food and I don't even have my all my order. And the fry girl is such a pain I ask for no salt and she end up putting salt all over my fry and then smirk at me. I told them I can't eat a lot of salt on my fry and she got mad . I finally got everything I ordered and I looked at my fry and they was full of salt still and had dirt crumbs like she scraped the bottom of the fryer worst experience ever I will never eat at another jack in the box ever again
Good food but employees stunk as usual. It's always the cashier that has attitude and makes ya feel like you're taking up time and bothering them. Get corporate to fix the jack app. It's BS. No credit card, no perks. I'll be going to BK and McDonald's only from now on.
The meat lover's breakfast burrito is delicious! The young lady at the drive through was super nice. Great coffee.
It's Jack in the box is probably the busiest busiest Jack in the box ever been to here in Henderson and you know what that was employees are always smiling and getting the job done I don't like the same time so if you ain't been there go there they'll treat you right and treat you good sometimes I eat for free though even when I got money
Coming from Florida, ate at Jack in the Box with my wife for the first time. Our takeaway was that it's neat that they have a large menu, but as usual, a large menu comes with the cost of quality. Everything was low-mediocre. We had the chicken sandwich with "halvsies" fries.
This was my first time trying jack in the box and it won’t be my last. I had the hot box which includes a spicy chicken sandwich, jalapeño poppers, curly fries and a drink…all of this for 7$. Everything tasted freshly fried in good(non rancid) oil. Service was prompt and professional.
Overall, smooth and relaxed. Food unusually good. Not 5 stars today as order taker talked to fast and blazingly loud.
Pulled up around 4 am they said the system was down, and they were doing a shift change. Waiting for 10 minutes on the side. They turned the menu off and then back on.. seems shifty
I had a very unfortunate experience. The person that took my order, Jorge, was very rude while taking my order making it seem like I was inconveniencing them to ask for food. When I got to the window I found the same person eating from the fry area bare handed then immediately touching my food to place it into my bag and practically throwing it at me to shoo me away. I recommend going anywhere else but here. Even any other location. During these hard times of a pandemic how can you be so rude then bare handedly touch someone’s food after touching your mouth
I only come for breakfast. personality don't like there lunch or dinner options but don't let that change your opinion on it because friends I have love it. usually good service and quick
