My recent experience (once again) at a different location was horrible! The tone of the drive thru staff member was very unwelcoming and short. Our food was cold, the order was missing items. When I told her she shut the window as she made a comment. Customer service is obviuosly not important, and the quality of the food is poorly put together. We pay for our food, to be hot and wrapped responsiably. If we're missing items, just be cordial as the customer is being with you. She basically apologized as she shoved the bag thru the closed windows, smashing the food. Unbelievable!! Good luck, you've lost this customer!!
Disappointed to say the least. Does anyone working fast food not appreciate the fact that they have a job? I have worked restaurant/hospitality jobs for quite some time now. I get the pay isn't the greatest, but there needs to be a reset in attitude of employees and management. My family is very busy and don't always have an opportunity to eat or cook meals at home. We kinda rely on fast food restaurants like they rely on us and they're employment. It would be nice to see everyone work together as a team and for every employee to show every customer a bit of empathy and not pick and choose whom they are going to be nice to. I am in school, (applying for school) I have a small child in school and many after school activities, my husband has a visual/hearing impairment, and I work on top of that. Can we please pull it together and show some common courtesy? I'm getting escquite service from employees from the grocery store more. Can we please help each other out? Isn't this what this country is about? Diversity? Equality? I feel discriminated against and honestly that's hurtful. I try and cheer everyone on and encourage everyone. Despite any allegation. C'mon guys. Can we pull it together? Restock, Reset, Cleanse ourselves, cleanse our areas, cleanse our minds? Can we get a reset please? Go team go? Anything?

The gentleman "Mike" at the drive thru told me he’s there 6 days a week and was still kind and in good spirits. I’m here 4 days out of the week on average and never any issues with my food or the service. Their new chicken is amazing! everyone should try it!!!!
It’s Jack in the Box. Everyone already knows the food is Good here. Who doesn’t like Jack in the Box though? There’s really nothing more to say, because we all know this is an obvious five Stars.
Was in Vegas to drop somebody off at the airport Google said they were 24 hours unfortunately they didn't open for an extra half an hour but the staff was kind courteous and willing to help me out since I am from out of town 10 out of 10 great customer service

Worst Jack I have ever experienced. They are always closed and customer service is non existent. I called before going to make sure they would be open and they said yes and I showed up within 5 minutes and they said it was closed. My wife called them about it and they said nothing they can do because they are closed. My wife asked for corporate number and guy said don't have it. My wife asked for his name and he replied with his name is Jennifer. We will never go to this unprofessional Jack again.
This is the biggest joke of a location. Manager says this is his A team outto the customers. Still waiting for 50 minutes. Seriously, Ithink I'm on a prank show!! Highly recommend closing this place down.
I don't know why this place still "open". The lobby it's never open, the restaurant always closes soon, sometimes it's because they have employers shortage, or just because a graveyard Monday and sometimes they just close because they want it. It's been almost 1 year I tried to eat there after 9pm and they always close with some different message.
6:57pm They’ve got a sign that says dining room now open but the doors are locked. A guy came outside and told me they only have Drive-thru. Asked him about the sign and he mumbled something and went back in locking the doors.
