Friendly staff and delicious food. Two great combinations. The only thing I found odd was that not all IHOP restaurants have the same prices on their menus. But the difference is only a few dollars.
The food was excellent its exactly what i expect the quality to be from any Ihop establishment, and although I tipped the waitstaff when i picked up my order the server was vocally displeased that Ihop allows takeout orders. He might not be the type of personality suited for the hospitality industry.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS NASTY LOCATION! My daughter found bugs in our waters this morning. They must have been on the ice cubes or something because they weren't floating on top to be easily spotted. The bugs were so tiny that they could have been swallowed without us knowing. All 3 of us had waters (I'm 7 months pregnant and my older daughters are 10 and 12) so IHOP better hope we don't get sick.
You’ll get sat when the manager decides you deserve a table. Checked in and sat directly in front of the podium. Was told there was a 15-20 min wait not a problem. What became the issue is watching as parties of the same number of people checked in after us watching the whole “how long is the wait, can we put our names on the list exchange?” The manager then directing his staff at which parties get sat first based I guess on his preference, after 30 min I walked out. This place is a joke.
Large portions of food, the sampler breakfast was great: egg whites, ham, bacon, sausage and pancakes (not shown). The staff was friendly and helpful.
I have never had an issue with this location before but tonight has been my worst experience. Although service is usually always slow that part never bothers me. I picked up my order to go and when I got home I learned that it was by far the most disgusting experience I’ve ever had with food. Someone PLEASE reach out to me immediately and take care of this issue. My steak was like flavorless grey rubber. My hash browns were soggy and undercooked and extremely salty. My pancakes were fun sized and a little crispy and the eggs were prepared wrong. I did not eat this. I COULD NOT eat this. I wish I never ordered from here and wasted my money on such miserably prepared food. YUCK!!!!
We had breakfast here and our waiter was awesome on the Saturday we went. He got our orders right, he joked around with us, his customer service skills was on point. We went back on Sunday before we left town in hopes to get the same service but we had a different waiter this time and was not great at all, he messed up our orders, we had to constantly ask and remind him of drink refills, he made us wait for our check when we asked 20mins before and we had to ask another person to get our ticket. It was a pain that Sunday.
Server was great. Food was pretty good. Took a long time to get food. Menus were sticky and smelly. Wished I'd have used the digital menu instead.
The only reason I'm giving the 5 stars was my waitress (Arleitha) the best waitress in the place she was on her game had her 2 days and she didn't miss a beat. Food came out hot coffee was hot had everything without having to ask for it like she could ready your mine and bring it before you ask for it.
Great service, pancakes and eggs were made just right! Sausage was just barely warm and the beacon was fatty and really not edible... But otherwise meant our expectations from IHOP!
