We loved our server, Keisha!! She was very attentive and had an excellent sense of humor. She made our experience fun.
Went here 4th of July around 1045am and they took so long to sit my in laws group, and also we sat at our tables for 15 mins waiting for service, and had to get a manager over, and they were still slow about getting us a server, it took like almost over an hour for getting seated, plus having a server take our order, and our food order, plus they barely checked in on us. And, it took us finding someone get us checked out. Not really the best service I've ever had with this Ihop being my first time at this location.
Better experience this time than previous ones.I placed an order for pickup, it was ready when I arrived, it was mostly correct.My hubby enjoyed that his burger was cooked to the proper temperature.Thank you to the cook!
Went to have breakfast hoping, fingers crossed that Phil no longer is there.The THIEF that committed fraud on my debit card Phil is now the manager This location is toast. What company promotes lying thieves to management?There dining room is closed no water for all businesses in that whole parking lot all the way over to Lowe's. They can't wash there hands or clean anything. Which means Togo orders shouldn't be going out either. but Togo orders were available. Correct me if I am wrong how can they be open even for takeaway?. Where is the heath department?. I'll never go back there unless new ownership and all new management. Check your bank statements everyone. I am not the only customer that Phil stole from. (Added a tip to my debit card Candace only made him give me the money back. Candace assured me it would be handled. It was not! check nextdoor.com it's all on there It's a federal crime, fraud)
Long wait to get seated and place order. Every order was wrong and the food was cold and not cooked well. Waitress lied to us about the food being available and service including the manager was a -10Do NOT eat at this location!!!
Called and ordered breakfast for my family at 11:40am and was told my order would be ready in 20 minutes. Got there at 12:05 and order still not ready. Didn't get my food til 12:35 because the employees and manager running around back and forth like they didn't know what they were doing!!! And it wasn't even busy. Left out my pancakes that took another 10 minutes. Not once did anyone apologize for the wait or not getting my order right. And if anything the manager should have noticed a customer waiting for over 30 minutes in the lobby. Very poor service. Won't be back!

I always love going to ihop. I don't get the same thing every time, that would be boring. This time I got the tri-tips breakfast. It was smashing. It was pretty slow considering it was a Saturday afternoon, so service was really good
Food was okay. service was okay. Got busy right after we ordered causing our server to get busy real fast which made service terrible. Youngest daughter ordered eggs bacon pancakes and ended up with no pancakes until we were all done eating, and that only happened cause the lady working in the kitchen came out to help us. We all felt ignored during the dinner. My suggestion to the staff is, do not load one station up with so many customers at one time it causes people to slip through the cracks and service itself suffers!
Usually thoroughly enjoy IHOP but in this specific experience, this location did seem short staffed but the server who might of even been alone to his credit was just rude and not helpful. Cooking staff might of been short-handed as well because the waffles were cold but burnt, eggs at multiple tables weren't cooked to request but the food still had some semblance of what I am accustom to when eating at IHOP.
