Good Evening, I recently visit your store today. Place an order it wasn’t that crowded. Everything seems like he will be okay got out ticket had a seat. Waited an whole hour everyone named this being called that came in after us and they’re leaving before us. Then I send my husband to the front mind you because we been sitting here an whole hour, they lost our order. They didn’t even say OK and take the chicken that was sitting there and pour the sauce on and give it to us they put us in a bag. She said we had to wait again for an additional hour that means we will sit here for two hours. I really really really want to be you fan and try Harold’s chicken I heard great things but I have been here twice, the first time that we get to order and didn’t get served this is so disheartening but I don’t understand why I’m hungry and I wait a whole hour. Another girl came in they just laughing and playing and she was like just give them the money back. We don’t want our money back, we want what we paid for. Please, please get this together because I don’t understand.
When I tell you I waited for a while for my food & it was well worth the wait. Once I received my food, I left & pulled over to a gas station lot & begin eating my mild sauce perch fish & whole chicken wing. Wow! It was hot & delicious. I then went inside & bought me a ice cold diet coke. I felt like I had died & went to heaven with a satisfied belly. Harold you are the best & well worth the distance I traveled to Henderson from NorthLasVegas. The prices affordable as well.
Be ready to wait, 15-20 food cooked fresh
No one comes to clean the tables. We had to ask for a rag. Dead flower in vases. And the food took over an hour. Then we didn’t get all of our food. My fish was still raw o. The inside. I will never come back with their no refund policy! Dirty dinning area! Undercooked food! Done!
Chicago’s famous Harold’s chicken with mild sauce and catfish fillet was so good. Cooked to order. Courtesy and friendly staff. Very clean restaurant. I will definitely be back.
Being a Chi-towner living in Northern Cali, I really miss my Harold's on the regular. To my surprise, I found one in Vegas. I had the chance to visit this location today and let me tell you this, not only did they bring the taste of the Chi to Vegas, they brought seasoning of 87th & Dan. Everything made me think of and feel for my hometown. Met one of the owners and he was a great guy and the staff is awesome. I recommend stopping if you have the chance. Only about 25 min from the strip in Henderson. Love this place, I WILL be back.
"Saucy Fried Chicken" I'm very familiar with Harold's Chicken in general as I'm a Chicago native. This is maybe our third time patronizing this location and the experience seems to get better each time we come. The customer service is ok and the food is delicious and cooked to order. If this is your first time eating at Harold's it will probably be some of the best fried chicken you'll ever eat! Apparently the cost of chicken has went up so prepare to spend at least $10-$13 per person. If you're a couple or ordering for 2 people and would like to save about $4-$5 bucks, we recommend ordering the 8 or 10 wing meal which comes with fries. When ordering your chicken we recommend either salt and pepper with mild sauce or our favorite, lemon pepper and mild sauce on the wings or chicken. If you eat your chicken as soon as you get it you may want to make sure not to open the bag to close to your face especially if you have mild sauce because the aroma of the sauce is pretty strong when it's hot. This was my second time going to this Harold's Chicken and my worst time. I'm originally from Chicago, born & raised, and I've experienced several Harold's locations there, absolutely LOVE Harold's, and was very happy when this NV location opened. However, the order I rec'd yesterday was terrible. I asked for 6 wings fried hard w/hot sauce, salt and pepper. What I received was an order of hot sauce with soggy wings, salt and pepper and COLD-azz fries. The 1 piece of bread was totally drenched and soaking in hot sauce--not edible at all. The fries were literally COLD, like they hadn't seen hot grease for HOURS. They, too, were loaded in hot sauce. I couldn't even eat all the wings due to the excess amount of hot sauce. My stomach was somewhat upset afterwards and that's never happened from eating Harold's Chicken. My first experience coming here was great, but now my opinion has changed. Not sure if/when I'll be back, and that's bad because I love Harold's but I don't want a f'd-up order like this last one again. This was a horrible experience.
I enjoy supporting a Chicago franchise being that I'm a Chicago native My only issue I had with my recent visit.. is that one of your guest walked in not wearing a mask and your staff did not enforce your policy. Everyone else in the restaurant with a mask on but not this guy and your cashier had hers mask pulled down. while assisting customers and preparing foods.
