Great food as usual and spectacular service; my medium steak s little more rare than expected

Sat at 7:45 ordered around 8. Food wasn't served until 915-930. Waiter was great. Food was good. Management wasn't very accommodating, walked by us a few times and really didn't say anything until the food showed up. Won't be going back would rather take our business to Anthony's.
Cladio and his crew were outstanding. They are very professional and are assets to the restaurant name. Thank you all.
We got the two 12 oz tails w the steak salad and desert special and had the best dinner of the year. My lady had to take lobster home we had so muchâ¦ð
We had heard very good comments about Hankâs from several people, including my brother-in-law who is a local resident. He joined my wife and I last evening and the experience was delightful. We had an off-the-menu choice for two-a large Caesar salad, steak, two lobster tails, sides and dessert; started with crab cakes. The only element that was not perfect was the noise level, perhaps because the restaurant was almost at full seating. We were in a rounded booth and sometimes had difficulty in hearing each other.
As always we had a fantastic experience at Hankâs. My wife loved the Koi drink and I love the dirty martini with blue cheese stuffed olives. I ordered the Wagyu filet mignon and it came out over cooked and had to be sent back. The order was for medium rare and it came out medium-medium well. The replacement was cooked perfectly and delicious. It paired beautifully with the sommelier selection chateauneuf du pape. My wife went with the lobster chowder and a chopped salad, both of which were excellent.
Drinks, apps, salad, service, ambience all very good. 2 of 3 entrees were âfor the Halibutâ specialâ¦not so good! Dry, rubbery, way over done ð

We always love going to Hanks for dinner! Tonight is a little different, Clay was entertaining while providing great service. The bread basket was stale, the pretzel bread was hard as a rock.Our bone in ribeye we ordered medium but it was a little undercooked more like rare, I didnât want to send it back. It still have that amazing crust on it. we got our sides of cream spinach, mac & cheese, wedge salad, and mushrooms. Everything was delicious but the mushrooms were very salty. I highly recommend the toffee cake and deep fried Oreos for dessert! When the bill arrived we had a credit, and we told the waitress to credit the account, but she used points instead. So we had to wait and have her fix that. She shouldâve asked to use the points before doing it. Overall the ambience is great, especially the live music.
Seated with reservations by parking lot window. Medium Rare steak was well done.
