I was by myself and entered about 2pm. There was only one other table occupied and they were leaving. It took a while for the server. He was very pleasant. I placed my order. It was not long before it was out. I had the five cheese ravioli with pesto sauce. The food was good but I never saw my server until I had finished. Then was asked if I was a refill on my beverage which I declined. I can appreciate if they are understaffed, but I was the only one there. I won't be returning
So let me first off say that everything I have tried here has been pretty good. My complaint with this place is simple. I dont live far so typically I get carryout. Well never again, they are so inefficient and take way too long. I called in my order and they told me 45 minutes so no problem I show up about 40 minutes later. I sat in there lobby for another almost 40 minutes being told 10 more minutes with every one else who was also waiting for to go food. I gave them the benefit of the doubt the first time but it is always like this. They are the polar opposite from chick fil a in the efficiency department. When they finally brought my food out it was luke warm at best, but I just wanted out of there. I went home and microwaved my 50 dollar carryout food. Not doing this again, and by the mood of others waiting in the lobby this seems to be a common theme.

Happy hour is misleading a glass of cheap Chianti was $12 for maybe 4oz chilled and still pretty nasty! Service was ok, but just ok. I'll be going to better Italian places Eastern Avenue has many.
I order at least once every two weeks. Amazing food. Chicken Marsala top notch, their Buffalo Chicken Wings, Pizza and yesterday I finally tried a dessert. I ordered the fried dough, all I can is is WOW! Absolutely delicious will definitely make that a new item everytime we order we will definitely not forget that. Best Fried Dough I ever had and will only have going forward. Absolutely, delicious food and family friendly atmosphere. Locally owned and not a massive chain that's why I enjoy supporting and eating local here. Please eat here if you haven't won't disappoint
We had dinner there and ordered a Caesar Salad and the Pappardelle Bolognese which we told the waiter we were going to split. He brought both out at the same time and we had to have him send the entrée back so we could enjoy the salad first. The food was very good but I am not sure they didn't just warm the entrée while we ate the salad. A little disappointing but the pasta was delicious so all was ok.

I've eaten here several times and have never had a bad meal. Friendly, quick service and well-priced. Will come back over and over.
This was my first time at the Horizon Ridge location. We were a party of 9 (5 kids) and we were well taken care of. Great food at a fair price. The beef on weck was solid and the traditional Italian staples were good. Servers were attentive and responsive without hovering. I will definitely return and recommend to others.
We are visiting from out of the continental U.S. and we're "feeling" pasta. We found this restaurant online and decided to drive out to try. I'm so glad we did..We ordered and shared stuffed peppers& caprese salad for appetizer; pizza, bolognese and eggplant parmesian pasta (?) for our main. Food was so, so good that we forgot to ask for dessert menu. We're planning to go back so we can try more dishes on the menu. So happy to have found this wonderful restaurant. My sister took me to one of her favorite local spots. The food, service and environment were all great. It is a fun and friendly place to enjoy a great meal.
