I loved Firehouse for years, but I can't come back here anymore. No reason I should spend 45 minutes to get a 2 sandwich to-go order. Might as well go to a sit down restaurant to order and eat and all be done faster than the sandwiches here. This is the third time I've been and it's always taken this long as this location. They take an absurdly long time that nobody has time for if you are just taking a lunch break. Make sure you don't have any plans if you stop here for lunch.

Always provide great food and service. I went in today and they had been bombarded with online orders and delivery orders. They gave me a heads up on the wait and I ordered anyways. Food came out much faster than expected and was delicious. On top of the service the staff maintained a very friendly and kind attitude despite the increased workload and thanked everyone. Great experience!

I'm not one to leave reviews but I have to say this is an amazing place to eat. Jessica and Sam are truly something special the customer service I receive everytime I come in is impeccable. Great job keep up the good work!!!!

This evening while in Henderson, NV I experienced the absolute worst Philly cheesesteak I have ever tried. The taste was so terrible that I dumped the cheesesteak and ate the bun.Strike Two Firehouse. There will not be a third.

Always a great place!!! Leila is super awesome and friendly. I just wish they had a television like the one on Eastern to watch sports.

Awesome sandwich got to have all the veggies on both our sandwiches and it was really good. The hero which was roasted turkey and ham and then we got a small corned beef and pastrami. We also were able to get a free large drink on the app

Subs were delicious! Customer service I recieved from Shannon was top notch! Very friendly, very welcoming!

While the staff is nice. The wait is ridiculous 3 times I have waisted my 30 min lunch break waiting for a small sandwich and soup.

Used to be really good, the we find a black thread in our sandwich and we are told it's cheese, like seriously

I’ve eaten there sandwiches twice so far they were well cooked and filling. The first one I ate was a New York steamer back in the beginning of July and the second one was a meatball sandwich with a side of baby carrots yesterday for dinner.
