Not sure how hard it is to make a large black coffee, but apparently with this place it's rocket science. I said large black coffee and get a large hot coffee with 1 cream and sugar. Your employees may need better training or you may need to hire more competent employees. At least the frozen hot food i ordered from you was correct.

Dunkin' offers quite a variety of sweet treats and not so sweet stuff. We love the bagel bites! Very cool! Easier to chew than an actual bagel. The Everything ones are the best! In my opinion and thats all that matters in my mouth. Lol
My coffee is always wrong no matter when I try and get it. Other Dunkin's don't have an issue. I have gone several different days and times.
I’m not the type to leave reviews cause I usually don’t mind simple mistakes. But really? It’s 48 degrees outside, I order a hot drink and waited 30 minutes just to get this order at my door. A cold latte on a cold day where I was looking forward to a hot drink. And the drink wasn’t even mixed on top of that and looked melted and nasty. This location has never impressed me and has always been bad, but I never expected them to be this bad. If that word “hot” doesn’t trigger you to think making a cold drink is dumb at least let the weather tell you to check again
This location is always out of some flavors of donuts, and their coffee hardly ever tastes good anymore. They rush the coffee usually because of how busy they are, and it's either weak and tastes like water or disgustingly strong like mud. We don't mind waiting for fresh coffee, so it's very disappointing when we pay $4 and it falls below the Dunkin standard.
I tried the pumpkin spice cold brew it was delicious!! 10 out of 10 would recommend!!
It seems like someone they recently hired keeps forgetting to put the egg on the sandwiches (happened twice within the span of one week!!!)
Employees were friendly and the service was quick even though this location is very busy. Please make more double chocolate donuts more often, you run out all the time, and it would be nice to get the items we wanted. This is why we stopped coming to the location since they run out of product so often. Day and night. Perhaps bad timing.
