Was there at 330 pm and very few donuts. Horrible donut place a shell of its former self just sad if you want donuts go to pink donuts 24 hours always good you can get a classic dozen and they even have speciality donuts if you dont want the clasic you can drop 12 buxks on donuts there or go crazy and spend 40 but it will be fresh and clean . So fresh and so clean friendly staff unlike dunkin where i was the only one there and the staff unfriendly and busy in conversation so i left and everthing that dunkin failed at Pink saved the day Highly recommend Pink Donunts.
If I was managing this place I'd fire everyone. They don't even acknowledge you for the first 5 mins you walk in.. like I get that the drive through is busy, but at least acknowledge your customers in the dining area and don't ignore them n pretend like they're not there. Horrible experience
New to this shop, but only drive through after 12 noon (staffing shortage?) Seems to be a lot of new staff, that need some training and direction. Ordered a frozen coffee and not sure what I got: was extremely sweet and very thick frappe like, not the usual icy type drink elsewhere. Went inside this morning and they are using kiosk ordering only. One kiosk didn't have credit card machine, so had cancel order and it again on the machine with credit card machine.Was hoping this would be my new Dunkin, as moving out here. Will give it a few more trips, or find another location.
Middle of the road donuts, get there early if you want selection. New touch screen ordering does not have all options so sometimes have to ring up manually- very slow. They have one person working the line inside and 4 working drive through, not efficient
Man this place was rocking this morning!! That manager was getting it done!! Her team was working like a well oiled machine! As a fellow manager I love to see drive, efficiency and happy workers!! This is the ONLY Dunkin donuts I go to in Henderson NV. My Iced Mocha was amazing!!!!!!
Lisa is one of the most disrespectful coffee shop managers I’ve ever had the displeasure of experiencing. I don’t mind people making mistakes it’s totally fine But as a customer the last thing I want you to do is take my money and argue with me when I’m trying to do is get a proper cup of coffee. I would not recommend this location and I would recommend corporate reconsider her position as manager
Ton of staff here and sales were high during my visit. They had what I wanted on the shelf waiting and didn't disappoint. Service was fast and I was allowed to eat in with no mask rule. I will definitely re visit.
Great donuts. They close at 7 pm, I think-- and I want donuts later!
9 people working and NO ONE said hello or good morning. Ordered a cappuccino, 4 dollars and it wasn’t even half way full, asked for some coffee to fill up and got rude attitude, was told well it’s foam, really? I got 3 whole sips and to top it off it was nasty. First and last time for me. Such a disappointment, oh and the donuts were old, hard and dry plus expensive 18 dolllars for a dozen. Overall I was not satisfied at all. Do better.
I went inside for a donut. Not a very long line but almost everyone ordered food so it did take a moment to finally get up to counter. Got an apple fritter. It was dry & uneventful. I was craving a donut which i hadn't had one in a couple years. Obviously Dunkin Donuts really isn't for donuts anymore but for their coffee and other food items.
