Japanese Noodles Chicken Wings

Been coming here since it first opened and the quality has declined every time. Three of us went around dinner time. They had issues with the broth and let our noodles sit and get cold a form into a hard ball and one of us got chicken broth you could see it was almost water instead of pouring a new bowl they just added a little broth on top once the tap was fixed. Then when we asked for and egg when the guy grabbed it out of the tray it was almost completely disintegrated, instead of grabbing a fresh bucket since that was the last one we had to ask and they picked the old egg out of the soup. The chicken they dropped in the soup was HARD and dry, not edible. Then when the two pork bowls were poured the brothvwas almost all fat like the top layer of broth wasn't mixed. The final straw was a huge puddle of water by the drink machine that just had a caution sign dropped on top instead of making any effort to clean. There were 3 people working and it wasn't crazy busy. The entire time the staff barely engaged us and didn't bother to say anything about what was going on with the broth or that it's going to be a little bit of a wait.I want to love this place the concept is great but lately the execution and staff have just not been good.

Me and my son had dinner on 4/23/22 around 6pm at the LAS VEGAS - SOUTHERN HIGHLANDS location. Not only was the food good, but John (I don't know his last name) was very, VERY helpful and kind. Thank you John

First time I have visited this particular restaurant if I was only rating the food I would have given it a five star review however after ordering and the employee making my food arriving at the register giving me a total I handed the employee a $20 bill only to be informed that they do not have a cash drawer and do not accept cash as payment. This put me in a very difficult situation I'd only brought in cash with me and we sat deadlocked for a minute or two until the customer behind me paid for my meal and I gave them my cash. I think it was really unnecessary to have gone to that full extent when they could have put signs on the door signs in the ordering line any number of other places to have let customers know well in advance rather than sitting at the cash register trying to determine how I'm paying for my meal. I think that was a very poor execution of customer service.

I was so excited to try this new place close to my house! I had seen some hype on a Facebook foodie page and was insanely disappointed. We walked in and there was 1 girl making the orders and 1 guy cooking and cleaning the kitchen area. She 1 girl seemed to be struggling to keep up with walk in and pickup orders. We stood there for 15 minutes as she took care of their orders and had time to observe what was going on. Looking up at the screens and walk the insane amount caked up dust and grease and grime. For newly opened/built building it was insane. That i let slide. As we waited I watched the guy in the kitchen thinking why isn’t he helping his struggling coworker. He picked up a broom and dust pan and swept the kitchen area and was juggling cleaning the floors and cooking meat on the stove. He then put the dust pan and broom to the side and proceeded to cook and chop meat and pick up the chopped meat with his hands and put it in a serving metal container and added it to the line of food. WITHOUT WASHING OR CHANGING HIS GLOVES. I then watched the struggling girl as she took care of the pickup orders and people in front of us touching the noodles and the food items and handling cash WITHOUT CHANGING HER GLOVES OR WASHING HER HANDS. I also watched her grab the chop sticks out of a middle circle container to mix the different meats ( beef/pork ) to mix the broth and noddles around with the meat. She put it back in the container. This place is very unsanitary and cross contaminated everything they touched. My boyfriend observed the same thing and we literally told them no thank you and walked out. I usually don’t do anything like this but that just was insanely gross to me. I visited this location on 1/23/22 at approx. 2:30pm.

After getting my nails done next-door I stopped in to the noodle shop to get a quick snack. The decor is amazing it’s worth eating there just for the tables. I ordered the chicken Chinese chicken broth with the pork belly and Ramen noodles it was the best soup I’ve had in my whole life. thank you for being there and I want to specially put a shout out to Dylan, Maddie,Miguel and Tristan for being so friendly and making it a really great meal experience. thank you

This place was so good. I don't like pho and I don't like ramen but this place won me over. The chicken wings with ghost pepper rub were delicious. Definitely recommend the beef and beef. Get all the veggies. Definitely would recommend this place and will be back.

It was really delicious. The ingredients are fresh. The meat & broth are flavorful. The noodles were perfect, not overcooked. All the ingredients together were refreshingly delicious. It was my first time there & the workers were very helpful in guiding me on how it worked. I will definitely be going back.

Great flavors Wednesday is half off wings..gott have them. Make your own bowl either regular or sumo size. Great place first time here and enjoyed.

First time there was interesting picking out noodles but if they could cook the Ramen noodle a little longer to make it a little softer and had them add the egg drop in noodles and the broth wasn't hot enough to mix the egg to break it up. Had a good taste. Will try again. This one was on St Rose Parkway

Went to the new location on Rainbow. Highly disappointed. Chef Tila was there, very friendly. Wait was long of course for a newly hyped Ramen shop. I got the Thai broth with udon noodles. So bland. Pork belly was decent. My brother got the tonkatsu with spicy Ramen. It was better, but if you go to real Ramen, the flavor would be what you call.....'Karen friendly '. We also got spicy wings. Bland again with a Sriracha dipping sauce that wasn't good either. What is going on? Are you tasting your own product?
