Female at drive thru window was so sweet. My order was wrong but she took care of it and was friendly and smiling the whole time. I wis i was able to see her name
The food is good not great and the High School is next to it, students overwhelm the place at lunch time. Haven't been there since school let out, but you can't go wrong with the ice cream and cake's.
Hands down the best DQ I've ever been to! The assistant manager (sorry, forgot your name), not only made my day, but my mother's. We celebrate every year with an ice cream cake, and he made her 83rd birthday extra special. Thank you again, you made her so happy. Your work ethic and professionalism is some of the best I've ever seen, and I will never forget this day. I highly recommend this store. Love you all!!!
Prompt friendly service. We got desserts only. Restaurant and bathrooms were very clean.
Shoutout to Jaye! He's a very friendly guy, I can tell he is very caring, and great attitude. I asked him what is popular on the menu, and he told me what is popular and also told me about his personal choices on the menu that he recommended since I haven't gone to Dairy Queen for a while, and I had coupons. I told him what I want. He explained and clarified the coupons that I was somewhat confused at first. His attitude is far better than the average fast-food worker. Give Jaye a raise!
I love Dairy Queen but this is not the location to go to. At all others you can upgrade your sundae to a blizzard for a $1 more but not this location. They are also out of every sauce for chicken. The staff is nice which is what got them another star.
Drive thru was ok. The person at the window was a bit of an air head. But order was correct. However the wait was longer than need be and had to ask for napkins as they did not give us any.
As expensive as the food is here you would think the orders would be done correctly. I asked for a mocha fudge Oreo blizzard and got this over glorified mess. If I wanted a plain Oreo shake I’d gone to McDonald’s and saved my money.
2/25/22 My cashier was Mike Great sense of humor and people skills I noticed that they had a rush and the whole time he did a good job keep his Cool and killed it ?? He got my order and others out fast and hot. Once he learns that register better nothing can stop him ?? Great work At this location really I seen teams crash during a rush. Thanks Mike
Went through drive thru. 10 minutes. Ordered 2 large malts...$12.31. Yep $12.31. I told the guy that I wasn't putting a down payment on the building just ordering malts. Malts were excellent but take out a second mtg. before you go.
