I can honestly say I have NEVER been more disappointed in a business that I have frequented consistently for 4 years. The quality and taste of the cinnamon rolls is down right AWFUL!! WTH . Bring back the Quality or close your doors !! So over businesses taking advantage of loyalty!! Get it right!! I chose who and where I spend my money!!
This place is not only one of my favorite places to go when I am extra hungry, but as well as my immediate family's favorite. The food here reminds me of going to your moms or grandma's for a meal after playing outside all day when you were little! So comforting and filling. I call it food that makes me wanna lay down and be lazy. haha My personal favorite to get here is the Beef Stroganoff and my kiddos love the Grilled cheese and Macaroni & cheese from the kids menu!

I love that everything here is vegan and so incredibly delicious. And I have always had great customer service! When I am in the US, I make sure to visit and get my fix at least once.
I wanted to like this place SO bad, but sadly I wasn’t impressed. Here’s my pros and cons….Pros: Excellent customer service from staff. Sitting area seemed really clean. I’m more of a fan of just simple original cinnamon roles, but other people might really love the fact that they had a TON of options. I loved that I could buy Dole pineapple whip here!Cons: The food wasn’t bad, it just didn’t stand out to me as anything special. I love Cinnabon, but I was expecting something far better than that here. I was hoping for melt in your mouth, amazing… and I was definitely disappointed. The cinnamon rolls tasted like bread. Not rich and decadent or melt in your mouth…. Honestly grocery store tube cinnamon roles have more flavor. Maybe I just had a bad experience? But I doubt I’ll go back unless it’s for dole whip.
Do not buy! They wipe their snot and don’t use gloves! Gross and disgusting. When you point out their mistakes, they give you attitude and be rude! They spend more time talking and playing in the back rather than finishing orders. disgusting bunch. It was amazing. I got the apple pie cinnamon bun, and it was magnificent. Very clean space and friendly staff who were very patient because it was our first time there.
If I wasn't in such a hurry to eat my 2nd cinnamon roll in as many days, I would've taken a picture. Not that a picture could describe how delicious it was but it would add a little visual ? ?
Bad customer service is an understatement for this business. From owner to employees, you can feel the lack of interest and empathy to their customers. I truly question the existence of such business if the owner and employees aren’t interested in having an honest business that offers a pleasant customer experience.
