Missing options every time I get take out(peppers/onions, corn, etc.), less then welcoming atmosphere, dried out food to the point they are just scraping the bottom and upset when you ask for them to check in the back… I love Chipotle but this will be the last time I stop at this particular location. Sad excuse to be part of a well known chain.
I went today and got a chicken burrito and my friend got a chicken bowl.went home to eat it for dinner and we found a bone in our meal.wasn’t happy at all and to spend 34 dollars definitely wasn’t worth it.
I came to pick up my order and there was noone designated to ask questions regarding your order without interrupting another customer. This is highly inconvenient. When I got ther to pickup my food it was missing. A $60 order just stolen. There needs to be a better system in place. The idea of ordering for pick up is to not have to wait. I waited about 20 plus minutes for food to be remadeAlso, my daughter found hair in her food. Blonde hair (all of us have dark hair in my home)
Ordered on UberEats and my entire order was wrong. THE ENTIRE ORDER. I ordered a salad, the toppings were wrong and they didn’t include the vinaigrette (which was my only reason for ordering a salad). I also ordered and paid for a drink that never arrived. Honestly attention to detail is important and these people consistently act like it doesn’t matter what is ordered. DO NOT ORDER FOR DELIVERY.
Probably one of the worst Chipotle’s in the area. The staff is very friendly, but the food isn’t up to other Chipotle’s. Whoever is on the night or prep shift doesn’t prepare adequately for opening. Always out of stuff in the middle of the day. The rice was the worst and clumped, the salas wasn’t anything like other locations. Do yourself a favor and visit another location. Would not recommend.
Steak was overcooked, old and dry.Asked when new steak would be cooked and was told I could have what was in the bin. No more would be brought out until the bin was used up.Wont be back, other locations take into account the quality and age of the meat. They're either fresh, or they bring out fresh. Had food poisoning at this location a few years ago. Apparently not much has changed.Lesson learned... again.
I love Chipotle but unfortunately I'm going to have to stop ordering Chipotle for delivery because this is the only store that will deliver to my address and the last four orders have just been ridiculous. I waited in doing a review because I gave them a chance a few times but I'm done.Today ordered three soft tacos and even though they got all of the ingredients right (literally the first time in 4 orders). There were three soft taco tortillas stacked one on top of the other, with all of the ingredients for all three tacos laying on top in 3 small piles.I literally had to grab a spoon and take the toppings off of the stack of tortillas into 3 paper bowls, then separate the tortillas and put the ingredients into their taco shell. They literally were too lazy to separate them and put the ingredients in each tortilla separately.In addition, one of the stacks had so much hot sauce that it was just about the only ingredient and another one had hardly any at all. Because of the way the stacks were done, it was very hard to move certain ingredients from one to the other. The steak was also dry and old.I guess I will just have to drive 8 miles to the next nearest Chipotle and pick it up myself. I am done with this location.
This is the slowest and laziest chipotle in all of Las Vegas. If you order online you can almost always expect your order to be 20-30 minutes late, not to mention they always short me and hardly put anything in the bowl. God forbid if you walk inside it takes about 30-45 minutes total to fully get through the line and finally eat your food. For the love of god hire new line staff
This location used to be good but it isn’t anymore. We didn’t receive all our items (the order of chips and salsa was missing) and my son’s kids quesadilla was so hard it was inedible. You can’t get through to any live person through their phone number or contact link so there’s also no way of fixing any of it.
I ordered 3 Hard Shell Chicken Adobe tacos. Received Steak tacos. Shells are broken. Each taco has exactly 4 chunks of meat and wilted lettuce no hot sauce I ordered hot sauce. What a sloppy mess. Wow people take pride in your work. Present the customer a visually tasty meal. Very disappointed!
