We uncovered this hidden gem two weeks ago and have been back 3 times since! Food is second to none....friendly vibe and I can't wait for it to cool off so we can enjoy the patio! It should be noted they also have event space upstairs!
Went here for my mother's birthday and had a wonderful time. The food is DELICIOUS! Closest I have ever come to inhaling a meal. Not to mention the portions were perfect. Had three tacos and a dessert and felt full but not overstuffed. Will definitely eat here again

Yummy food! We had the Mother’s Day special of carnitas in a pineapple. Very delicious! We also tried the ahi tostadas & birria tacos! Also tried the sangria sample! Defiantly coming back.
Three of us went for lunch midweek and requested the patio ; we were seated immediately with no waiting. Service was efficient and friendly without being too intrusive. All the food looked and tasted delicious . The white sangria tasted more like a high-end cocktail, nice enough for me to try and duplicate at home. I was very impressed that our server seemed to genuinely care about whether we would be returning. Unfortunately I've lost the receipt with her name although Ada seems to ring a bell. Definitely on our Must Go To list for visitors.
This would absolutely be a 5 star review if it weren’t for the super loud DJ. Not sure if it’s every evening but I’ll only go here with people I don’t care to talk to, lol. Could barely hear our server, couldn’t make conversation with anyone at our table. I could understand a loud DJ after a certain time for happy hour or something, but we were here at like 6:30pm. Otherwise the food, service, and overall restaurant is amazing! We are so excited to have this place so close to Cadence.

My wife had been wanting to go to this restaurant for months, and after our fantastic experience, I regret not going sooner.Chinitas Tapas and Sushi, located on Water Street in old Henderson, is to die for. Everything about this restaurant is done right. Excellent location, excellent food, friendly staff, and a lively atmosphere. They even have a DJ inside the restaurant keeping the party going. He's good too!We had the kimchi chorizo fried rice, crispy pork wontons, elote ribs, and a spicy shrimp tempura roll. My personal favorite was the kimchi chorizo fried rice, which is prepared with kimchi, pork chorizo, onions, and a sunny-side-up egg - delicious! The drinks were also excellent. There are numerous drink creations available, as well as a complete bar stocked with all of your favorite spirits.I highly recommend this Chinitas next time you're in the area and want to grab a bite. You will not regret it.
