This was in my hot and sour soup. It’s a piece of metal shaving! Be careful. This will be the last time I eat here unless someone can tell me how this happened and how it won’t happen anymore.

Was in the area and picked this place at random, but it worked out nicely. Good food and friendly service. Food seemed fresh and reasonably priced. Plenty of seating available, but is great for takeout (a lot of people were doing that).
Never again! Ordered Orange Chicken and the String Beans in Black Bean Sauce. The Orange Chicken was tough and dried out. It was clearly old and should have been served to no one. The string beans where over cooked and the amount they now give you is SO much smaller than it used to be. Done with them!

This review of CTB is take-out only. We ordered on a Sunday evening and the food was ready at the promised time. I love Kung pow chicken and order it everywhere I go. There's is loaded with peanuts and chicken and features reasonably good heat. Like most places I’m sure they can heat it up. This is a chain. You can do much worse.
Some of the best food you will find served by really warm people. Delivery is so fast that food is piping hot when it arrives. Always give us something extra. They are wonderful -
I don't know if they changed their chef but our order was excellent this time. We had the Ta-Tango chicken wings, an order of Chicken Lettuce Wraps, and Peking Pork Chop. Will definitely try them again.
