My husband went through the drive-thru and when he got home he realized he was missing a meal. I called and asked if he could ger a refund or something. I honestly figured we would be offered an electronic coupon or something at most. The gentleman who I spoke with said he was the one who took the order and he apologized a bunch of times. He also offered to deliver the missing meal to our house. I was amazed at the offer and accepted. He got to our house maybe 20-25 minutes later with fresh food and said he added some extras to the bag. Not only did we get the missing meal, but we also got an additional sandwich and 2 brownies. He was so incredibly generous and absolutely went above and beyond. I am so thankful for this man.
I think Chick-fil-A tries harder than anyone to elevate fast food. They even have flowers in the table! It is so pleasant to hear their nice responses. I love their fast food delivery as well. Our food tasted great. I did feel bad that several of the members of our party, which was large, had their orders mixed up. I have never seen this happen at a Chick-fil-A, and suppose that they were training someone new. They made it right and we enjoyed the dinner. Thank you!
Overall this store has the worst service I have ever experienced at a Chick-fil-A. At other stores, I normally experience excellent service even at stores with twice as many customers. Tonight, the lady running the cash register didn't fully finish our order and put any identifying information on the order. This led to them getting our order wrong not once but twice. They were very apologitic and even gave us free brownies. The service was still better than other fast food restaurants but I think they might need to do some additional training to this team up to high standard I've come to expect from other chick-fil-a stores
gave two stars vs five which I would normally. Went thru drive thru and request extras on my salad, but that wasn't the worst of it. Whom ever is the manager needs to supervised more closely or the workers NEED TO WEAR GLOVES. There was a young lady rubbing something on her lips and then wiped her shirt and proceeded to handle the milk shake tops all the while touching the inside of them. DAMN! with all the covid, etc. you would think people would know better. They were all very young but again that goes to say "where's the supervision". Other than that I've always been a fan of Chick-Fil-A, but if I see this ever again I will speak to management.
This is what Chick fil a on stephanie considers a large fry. I had 2 items that looked like this. Delivered by uber eats. Sad! Plus uber eats declined my claim for portions.
Great food at a great price. Very fresh with excellent service. Keep going back for the spicy chicken sandwich!!
Brandy was amazing ? so tentative. You can tell she loves what she does. And the young man in the black polo. We had lunch and it was delicious too.
I bought a 12 piece nugget order. Two pieces were fried to a crisp and they counted as a nugget each. I get it that some pieces are bigger than others..,but Realty!?!? I deleted pic because it was cut off & did not show the actual nuggets I mentioned above. I called & Katie said I can go back within 30, days but not sure I’ll go. I hate having to explain this staff and them not believing me.
Easily one of the best Chick-fil-A locations in Vegas as a whole. Staff are always efficient, harmonious, and pleasant. I have only ever had a problem with my order ONCE that was resolved quickly and with utmost perfection. Great food and customer service, bravo!
My husband's favorite place while visiting the area. We went there almost every morning for breakfast. Extremely friendly and attentive staff. Very clean and nice decor. The nicest Chick-fil-A that I've ever been in
