So, I placed an online order tonight. A small Italian sandwich for my boyfriend and a medium for myself. On mine, I asked for no tomatoes and to add mayo, vinegar and oil. On my boyfriends, I had them add mayo and extra meat. Well, mine had tomatoes and the vinegar and oil was not added. I got a text from my boyfriend saying his has oil and vinegar on it, which he cannot have, and he was asking why there wasn’t tomatoes on his sandwich. So, they screwed up our orders that I spent over $21 on, and now my boyfriend can’t eat his lunch at 10pm while he is at work. I am giving two stars because I did call and they did refund me for my order, even when i told them I would be happy with just having the money back for the smaller sandwich my bf can’t eat. They were very apologetic.
If u want a messed up ball scratched sandwich go by there! I work at the casino and I ordered a sandwich wich is skimpy and I always witness the afternoon crew scratching their balls and go to directly making sandwiches...guess it gives it flavor! Don't eat here!!! U been warned ⚠️
This is the worst Capriotti. Sitting there for over 15 min to wait for a sandwich while there was no customer around. The black guy with Medusa hair was high at work. Will never be back.

Last Sunday I spent over $200 on platters. One of the employees was very rude to me when I asked if I could get a couple of grilled cheese sandwiches with my order. She yelled at me and said no. I understand if you can't but I don't think I need to be treated poorly. Also the sandwiches were poorly made with no seasoning. Yes I emailed you guys last week and got no response.

This place was good except the customer service wasn't that great and there was five people ahead of me had to wait a min which I was annoyed a lil but other than that everything was ok.
It was so, so. I got a tuna sandwich. Maybe i should of gotten something else. But, i got to admit. Subways tuna is better.
