?WOW!! HOW HORRIBLE & DISAPPOINTING! Lowest level of customer services at the Horizon Drive location.? We ordered and our order was completely wrong. We called and told them, they said that we will give you credit on the subs ordered. We trashed the wrongly done subs and WE decided today to pick up our credit subs. ?WOW! What a mistake! Counter boy was verbally combative, telling us. No Credit subs, No refund, No Money per Management after this is what they offered us due to Their inconvenience to us.? -We work too hard for our money for a franchise to rob us of our money and food.- ?WE PAID FOR FOOD WE NEVER RECEIVED DO NOT SUPPORT Robbing Franchise @ this location.? MANAGEMENT needs revision & quality assurance & customer service courses SO POOR SERVICE. NO STARS GIVEN. ? ? SAD BUT TRUE

Worst location in the valley not paying $30 bucks for two bread and lettuce sandwiches again,also this location is very slow… the location at rail road pass is a consistent capriotti’s do yourself and drive alil further

Ordered my (1 regular) sandwich and watched 4 groups of people greater than 2 who ordered after me get there food before me, had to ask the person who took my order about my food and he said they didn't have the order. Terrible service and very unorganized.

I've been to better locations. This place always looks a bit dirty and ratty. Not to mention I have to now go there in person to place my order to prevent mayo from being put on a sandwich that clearly stated no Mayo. Took 3 times to learn my lesson.

I placed an online order at 6:34 went to pick it up at 6:54 got there no one acknowledged me at all at the register so finally after 5 minutes I caught one of them running by and asked about my online pick up she went and looked and said they were working on it , fine no big deal I get they’re busy. I leave come back 15 minutes later ask about my order bc the app said it was completed and was told my ticket was at the end of their line and it would be 30 minutes! At this point I just left even though I paid bc i didn’t want to waste any more of my time. I get things are crazy right now with staffing shortages but someone should turn off the online orders if they are unable to fill them.

Omg great sandwich, DELICIOUS and the manager was so helpful, i had no idea what to get. Im in sales and he asked all the right queations. I felt like he truely cared what i thought. The place was clean and i got my order fast

Order over 20 minutes ago and waited watched 4 other people come in and go got there orders. Apparently their is a new person, he read the ticket wrong ?.Manager gave us free drinks to take for the longer then normal wait time.Don't let my iffy experience ruin yours, they do there best, they work hard, people make mistakes. Don't forget to tip these boys.

Was always perfect until tonight. Said no onions - wrote allergic to onions in the notes as per usual. Sandwich has small pieces of onions in it. $20 sandwich I can’t eat that makes me sick?!?!
