Cole turkey was just plain awful. Too much mayo on the sandwich and in the coleslaw. Not for me.
Service was fast, but quality was terrible, most Cappriottis places are really good, but this particular 1 is lacking. I ordered an 18" cheese steak, and what I recieved was an 18" piece of bread with a couple meat shavings & maybe a slice of cheese in it. It was about 30 minutes before closing time, so I tipped in advance because I understand they were in a hurry, but it's not an excuse to hand people a mostly empty piece of bread for $26...I'd rather you just tell me your closed then hand me some bulls*@t like they did.....Not that anyone cares, but I won't go there again.
This is a good location.Clean restaurant. Friendly staff. Refill your own soda .Plenty of time to read and eat. Not rushed at all.Not all capriotti's are like this.Only bummer. For some reason they only have 1 grill so it can take 30 min to get a hot sandwich.Call ahead?
Like it cause it's a different type sandwich style love the bobbie even day is Thanksgiving with that sandwich, but the cheesesteaks are awesome.
Clearly not needing the business. All they have done today is put people on endless holds and then they are also unavailable to order online. That's fine - plenty of other places to eat at.
The PM shift tonight 11/12 was too awesome. I witnessed them get cursed at by a gentleman who had an issue with their order. As they got insulted they kept their professionalism the entire time, even as he continously honked his horn in the parking lot before he left the area. Alot of respect to them thank you for what you do!
Tourist friendly!!! Had separate food and a tough toddler with us! Made us feel welcome and had crayons for our son! A+ service highly recommend!
I always get my steak sandwich here but this place the sandwich didn’t came out good and it’s also dirty.
As a visitor, you try new places to eat.I was floored when I found out you guys made the infamous day after Thanksgiving sandwich!! Your turkey dressing and cranberry sauce sandwich was phenomenal!!
The workers were nice and food was ok but the place was so dirty!!! Definitely needs a clean up and more upbeat energy
