I love this sandwich shop, but I wish the employees would have to wear hair nets. I'm just curious what Mgr.lets this happen ?
Asked for pickle spears and got none, paid for extra cheese and didn't get it, but their sandwiches are always good. PS: second time for no pickle spears.
Awful service and food stay away they do not care about customers... Shame...
Very good sandwich shop. The products are fresh they almost taste homemade.
I wish I could leave them no stars. Sandwich was dry and they got our order wrong. When I called back to let them know they never answered the phone and would just pick the phone up and hang it up everytime I called. This capriotti's is TRASH.
They got my to go order wrong and I didn’t know until I got home and went to eat it. 15 minutes before they close and they won’t answer their phone and I live too far to drive back before they are closed. Irritating and a waste of my money on something I can’t eat.
The food used to be really good pre covid but now you have to buy more meat and for some reason it doesn't taste the same little disappointed.
Our sandwiches were done before we finished signing the receipts. Hastily thrown together bobbies had no mayo and were dry and cold. Go to a different Capriotti’s- this one is gross.

Dirty, is all I can say. Food was fine, but probably would use this location again.
