I received a gift card for my birthday & I must admit that I am glad I did not pay for my food. I had ordered 5 different flavors and fries & the food was absolutely horrible. The wings had a strange taste and the fries were cold. This wasn’t just my order, this was the order of 2 others as well. I have had several issues with food from this location and I can honestly say that I will not eat here again.
I was disappointed with my lunch at BWW and probably would not return. One of our orders of chicken tenders was undercooked , there was more batter than chicken, and they were very greasy. The macaroni and cheese was adequate. Service was mediocre. We had been finished with our meal for about 10 minutes and had to stop the server and ask for a box and our bill. She never checked on us after she brought our food. When we asked for our check she told us to use the QR code. It would have been helpful if she would have told us that in the beginning.
Lunch was amazing! 13 bucks you can't beat it ! We did the lunch special and it feeds the wife and i nice ! Plus the baby! We did 5 garlic Parmigian and 5 Caribbean jerk make sure to ask for Elora she was so nice to the baby and my wife and the food came out in literally 2 min if yr in the area stop by they are the bomb at this location
We were a party of 2. Enjoyed good food and service. We chose a chopped salad and the kitchen was kind enough to split it for us. Boneless winds were delicious too. I appreciated the portion size and prices on their lunch menu ( items were $8 - $12 each).
Reasons why I should be giving this place 1 star:-We weren't seated. We helped ourselves to a table and ordered through the QR code.-2nd period and half of the 3rd period had passed (INCLUDING ALL COMMERCIALS IN BETWEEN) during the VGK hockey game until our 20 wings had arrived. A few other tables got their orders first.-Server said we couldn't get more than 2 flavors (which is bizarre because we ordered 2 10-wings meals and that usually meant a maximum of 4 flavors in other BWW restaurants) because we already ordered and the kitchen was already cooking our wings... WHICH WAS OBVIOUSLY NOT THE CASE. ???Reasons why I'm not giving 1 star:-Lady cleaning tables was nice. She got us a server.-QR codes by tables honestly mean you don't need the servers to take your orders anymore as those orders get sent straight to the kitchen.-Server was apologetic at the end, place was big and actually would have been a great place to watch hockey.-You can pay through your phone and skip talking to the anyone there after they've ruined your mood from all the wait ?9/10 would NOT recommend ?
I Ordered boneless wings; 5 honey bbq and 5 lemon pepper. The bbq sauce tasted so gross and the lemon pepper wings were way too salty.Margarita was ok, not great tho. Mozzarella sticks were ok, as well.Leaving 3 stars just cuz my husband enjoyed his wings and beer.
I just ordered from Easter and horizon and my fries rested really old it was my first time ordering Buffalo Wild Wings I’m so disappointed
I was there last night to eat with my family celebrating my kids birthday and food was great, but the staff was not good. This place does not follow any rules whatsoever. There was this blonde small girl who was in the bathroom smoking her vape pen in the big stall in the women’s restroom. She seems to work at the cashier. I just found it very disgusting how they’re allowed to just smoke whenever they want and then go back to touching our food that we pay for. Very unprofessional place.
