Very slow service and very little customer interaction. We used to really enjoy this place to take our family for pizza but lately it has gone downhill. The wait times standing in line are really long, like 20-30 minutes just to place an order, as the employees also have to fill online orders between in person customers. Lately the pizza has also been very burned and not as tssty. Don't think we'll be returning anytime soon.
A bit of a wait, but the pizza is always good. Crust is thin, and you will do best if you get the build-your-own pizza option and put everything or almost everything on it. I like cheese so I ask for 2 scoops, and then additional cheese on top. Roasted garlic is delicious when cooked properly, but their roasted garlic is gross; it should have a buttery & nutty taste when roasted properly. Everything else was good, and the price is reasonable.
Ordered online at 6. Showed up at 6:30 and pizza not ready. Waited until 6:45, without any customer service mind you, and finally asked about my order again. They had no idea about the order. They looked under a pile of paper and found it..."oh yeah there it is". No apology, nothing. I got my money back and will not return. So many better options.
I’ve been coming here for a couple years now but man it has gone downhill. The customer service is absolute trash. Waited 40 minutes in line before I got my pizza and I come to find out that it’s because the workers simply don’t care. They are fine working at slow pace they just don’t care. It was slow, dirty everywhere, the girls were more interested in talking to each other than doing their job. Pizza dough was not done right but they didn’t care. Not coming to this location anymore. Horrible.
I use to eat here all the time. My last visit had me disgusted, though. I went in with my partner, who is a bit shy about ordering. I could hear the two girls working the ingredient line making fun of him to their friends who were ordering in line in front of us. By the time we ordered, the two girls were laughing amongst themselves so hard that they didnt ask what ingredients he wanted, they just said "you're good, right?" And finished his pizza with just sauce and cheese instead of letting him add meat or vegetables. At one point during the pizza building interaction, one girl doubled over with laughter so hard that her face touched the white assembly board, and she made no attempt to clean it. Gross.I pulled the manager aside to complain about getting charged for two pizzas, when one was completely incorrect. She promised to remake it herself, and over twenty minutes later i finally got my second pizza. Instead of refunding anything, she gave me a hand written "credit" saved in a paper notebook somewhere and she insisted that my next two pizzas will be free. That would be nice if i ever planned on returning...
Always great pizza and always great customer service . They have beautiful patio seating area, highly recommended. This location is conveniently located next door to the Galleria Mall .The service is very fast!!!The pizza is absolutely delicious!!! You can put as much toppings as you like on your pizza , my recommendation is “ build your own pizza ? “ so you can customize it the way you like it.We like it well done and it’s always perfectly baked to our likeness.The staff was amazing , everyone is extremely helpful and friendly.The place was really clean and the whole experience was just great!!Everyone was very respectful and attentive!!!Can’t say enough great things about this place!!I will definitely recommend this place to all of my friends and family!!!
Pizza is great since you can build your own. They have a good verity of different sauces, toppings & dough sizes. You can pay a flat price and get any or all the toppings you like.Service, however, has gone downhill. The staff seem capable of doing the job very well, but they come off as completely disengaged and uninterested. Very poor customer service skills.Example: In the middle of my wife making her own pizza, the employee making it turned to another coworker to talk about something, and when they were finished talking, the employee had moved past my wife and on to the next person in line. No send off, no 'thank you', no 'my coworker will finish your order'. Nothing. Eventually the next worker down the line was finished with the person they were helping and continued my wife's order.We got our pizza and it was great, but if you had a business that you wanted to succeed, and had employees slowly dwindling your bottom line, especially with simple things like the example above, I know you'd want to make adjustments.Awesome place to pick up a pizza but probably don't expect much in terms of service, like we did.
Well we got off to a pretty rough start and I'm not super super impressed. First of all you can't order a large pizza in the store. It is on the app only. So I ordered my pizzas on the app while I was sitting in the dining room because they would not take my order. Then I went up and told the clerk behind the cash register that both of my pizzas were special order, make sure they read the instructions. Well, they did not read the instructions and proceeded to make the pizzas incorrectly. Not once, but twice. That being said, the pizza itself was really good, you know after they made it for the third time. I will go back because I believe in second chances, but I absolutely positively think that they should change their policy so you can order a large pizza while you're standing in front of them so that way they don't screw up the order twice. The price is pretty fair for the size of the pizza, so I'd have to say it's a pretty good value. And again I want to reiterate the pizza itself was bomb. Everybody has bad days, and I will give them another shot. Hope this helps you make an informed decision
Employees are slow and obviously don't like their jobs. They act like they are forced to work there and out up with customers. They needed at least one other person to make online orders. In between customers waiting in line, they made 2 or 3 online orders in between. The wait in line was over 15 minutes and then another 10 minutes to get my pizza after paying for it. Only 2 employees didn't seem utterly miserable. I love Blaze pizza but I won't go to the Galleria Mall location again.
Fancy restaurant quality pizza with fast food speed and deli shop price. Friendly workers. Wide selection of doughs and toppings. A new favorite!
