I was meeting the boyfriend here for the warriors game. While waiting for him at the bar I was greeted by Lauren who was friendly and considerate. We ordered avocado egg rolls, BJs original wings— which are now like my new favorite wings. Can’t believe how crisply and juicy they were! And pizza. Throughout the evening, Lauren and her counterpart Matt were so attentive and hospitable. It made for a nice night. It was such a pleasurable experience to dine with them and have their service!
Whoever thought up the Pizookie was a genius. If you've never been to BJ's, you have to go for this amazing concoction. It's a cookie baked in a pizza tin, topped with creamy vanilla ice cream. The cookies come in different flavors. OMG. Forgot the food. Make a meal of Pizookies! (My favorite: the salted caramel.)Actually, for a chain, the food is remarkable. The BJ's in Henderson serves some of the best ahi tuna in town, the Las Vegas Strip included. It's wrapped around a mountain of fresh avocado. Heaven.P.S. BJ's has first-rate fish tacos too.If you are into Chicago-style pizza, this is the place to order it. (I grew up in Chicago and lived on Uno and Due pizza, so I KNOW.) There was a tad too much delicious dough. But the toppings. Perfection. I am always tempted to order a second one to take home for breakfast.The restaurant is known for its beer tastings. I am a wine person and I LOVE BJ's beer tastings. The staff picks a theme and then pairs 6-8 beers with appropriate food. They are about the most fun you can have with your clothes on. I often go by myself and people are surprisingly friendly.In Henderson the large patio is the perfect place for an alfresco moonlight meal.BJ's also has $10 lunch specials. How can you beat that?The restaurant is located in a popular shopping center, so there is always plenty of parking. I did say popular so sometimes you do have a walk. But there is parking right at the front door too.
2 for 2. We ate in the restaurant and I ordered a honey chicken salad. It’s a mix of iceberg and romaine lettuce. I’m not sure if it had Romaine lettuce in it. At least all I tasted was iceberg. It all was chopped up very small. I think the salad would have been perfect with mostly Romaine. The chicken was good in it.Yesterday I order ribeye. I order mine well done. I can cook a flavorful well done steak. A restaurant should be able to as well. It had zero flavor except around the edges. I threw a 30$ steak away. My daughter ordered Alfredo and enjoyed it though.So many ways to put flavor in a steak it was ashamed.
BJ's has an incredible menu! We enjoyed a deep dish pizza, sweet potato fries & a wedge blue cheese salad .BJ's makes their own root beer & cream soda ! My specialty drink is half for beer, half cream soda!! My husband loved his beer sampler! For dessert we shared a hot fudge brownie with ice cream & hot chocolate sauce! The aviance is sweet there! We loved our time at this restaurant!
Got seated at 7:45, my group of three did not get all of our main dishes until about 9:30. The Brussel sprouts that we ordered were very burnt and the manager came over (I did not ask for her to come over) and said they are always that black. I’ve ordered these before and they have never been this dark and taste this burnt. The manager handled the situation very disrespectfully, keep in mind the manager was not asked by anyone at our table. Very unprofessional, very rude.
Stopped late but they were nice enough to honor lunch special. Waiter was just ok but the food was good. Could have been a little hotter.

Went there for dinner this eve. First time there. Had the Avocado egg rolls for an app, which were fantastic. I had the Hickory Brisket Bacon burger and my wife had the Bistro burger.Both burgers were excellent. Cooked correctly, great flavor. Deeeelish!Our waiter, Daniel, was amazing. Excellent service.Giving it four stars as it is a bit pricey. Luckily the burgers were on special today.
The wait staff was checking on us every now and then if we are ok and we got everything that we need. The food was served quickly and it tasted good also! I like the jumbo spaghetti with meat balls, the french fries, and the salted caramel with ice cream on top. My husband and I were delighted with the good experience. Will bring our family next time.
