Let's start with 5 stars.Now for the review.Where to begin, Tiny place hidden in a mini plaza right off the freeway. Super low key but very welcoming when you walk in.The pizza. Oh my lord this pizza crust is absolutely perfect. Super thin and crispy, the nice light and airy crust is perfection. Sauce isn't too aggressive but has a wonderful tomato flavor, the cheese has a ridiculous amount of pull, if you're looking for that Instagram cheese pic this place has it.The meatballs were delicious, perfect amount of sauce and the garlic knots were fluffy and oh so garlicky.Highly recommend this place, it's affordable and understated while being absolutely delicious. I'll definitely be back soon and at least a few times per month.

This is one of my favorite pizza spots in the whole city and definitely my favorite pizza spot in Henderson! Can't go wrong!
They staff great you as you walk through the door. You can smell the homemade food ?. Reminded my of some of the old Italian restaurants. Food was GREAT and the price fabulous.
Some of the best pizza I’ve ever had, and the prices are extremely reasonable. The poutine although not traditional is GREAT.
My Wife and I went here for Lunch. I found out about this place thru a Restaurant App that I have. I will say their Pizza is Awesome along with their Mozzarella sticks!!! And while their small Pizza is a little on the small side, more like a personal size, it was definitely one of the best Pizzas that I've had in a while... next time I will go for a Medium. My Wife ordered one of their Sandwiches with Bistro Fries which she said was also very good. We definitely will be back as this may just be one of my Favorite Pizza places in town. They also have Salads and Pastas which I will have to try on one of my future visits. Overall, if your looking for a Great Pizza, I Highly recommend Bistro Pizza!!!
Detailed review on my Yelp, but to the people saying their mushrooms are canned; that’s just completely untrue! We order here regularly and for years; no canned mushrooms. Just ordered tonight in fact, fresh a$$ shrooms!They have fresh, delicious ingredients and I have never found them to be lacking in quantity either. Bistro is one of the only actual good, quality pizza places we have found since moving to NV.
Was told by my nurse that Bistro Pizza was really good pizza. We moved literally across the street and had to try. We ordered a large pepperoni. It was very good. We will be making Bistro Pizza our local pizza place. Will be trying other types of pizza. Yummy!!
We needed pizza after several hours buying a trailer. Mike Lennertz @ Blue Dog recommended Bistro. Oh. My. God. So delicious! We had the Spinach & Ricotta calzone and a cheese Stromboli. The banter in the shop was friendly and hilarious! Everyone was busy and having a good time! We’ll be back!
I don't get the high rating for this place! I ordered a large pizza yesterday with extra garlic I had two slices and threw the rest in the trash. If I cared about their pizza I would also mention they are only open from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. closed Monday and Tuesday and have no table service! As a New Yorker, I learned you cannot get good pizza in Nevada... this place is a perfect example of that! Save your money!
