Ordered through UberEats. We ended up missing our order of fries and both drinks. Burgers were good, but when we are missing half our dinner.. not worth it and do not recommend. There are plenty of great burger places that will make sure the delivery driver has all the items.
Ordered from UberEats, and the driver had to call me to tell me this place didn't have fries. I thought it was a joke, because what burger place doesn't have fries? Especially when a menu item is only fries and brisket? Should have looked up all the reviews here first before ordering. I guess in the end, this place is the joke. Time to close up shop, this isn't the business for you.
The burger I ordered was missing the brisket and polish sausage. The hamburger patties were dried and burnt, so was the bun. Not worth the $18 I payed for.
We ordered online for a pickup order only to find that the place evidently doesn’t exist anymore when we went to go pick it up. Money was taken from the card so that’s going to be a fun twenty to thirty minutes on the phone with the bank.
Ordered on Uber Eats and the restaurant told the delivery driver that they no longer sell "burgers". My order was then cancelled. Maybe the restaurant shouldn't open a Uber Eats account and then accept delivery's? Also change your name..... makes no sense.
Ordered from Grubhub twice. Both times my order was canceled by the restaurant. The first time was canceled because they were out of an ingredient. Could have contacted me first for a replacement instead of outright canceling the order. Second time was canceled only after the driver arrived at the store…because they were closed…at 3:30pm on a Friday. I regret giving them a second chance. I will no longer be giving my business to Dickie’s either. Horrible way to run a business. Get off Grubhub if you can’t fulfill orders or turn them off when you’re closed. Ridiculous!
I just ordered from Grubhub. They didn’t follow my order, the burger was super burned (like a brick of charcoal), and the fries were soggy. I could have made a better burger on my stove. Save your money.
Ordered delivery from here tonight and they cancelled my order when the driver was already at the location! They marked it on the app as "out of a menu item". If they ran out of a menu item, then why didn't they call to see if we wanted to cancel it or have a replacement (which we would have done) I also decided to send a message to the driver asking and he told me that they said "they have been trying to cancel the order because they didn't receive the order" which didn't make sense if they had been trying to cancel it, then they must have received it.
