Went in for one of those ice cream pizza. Price online "says about $21" and the price written on the actual item was $19.99. Tell me why the Girl charged me over $40! I question the price difference. The Girl's response "I don't know, I just work here" LOL I recommend driving over to DQ
Honestly would not go back here. My medium drinks weren’t even at size ordered at least you would think try to top it off with whip cream. Horrible management I would assume to not see what kind of drinks your employees are putting out. It’s not like people come here to get things for free. Your not handing ice cream out for free. Worst family outing very upset I didn’t even drink my mangonada due to the fact that it tasted mostly like milk than the mango.
On 2 occasions we had ordered a ice cream cake with a photo printed on it. When it was time to pick the cake up approximately a week later it was not completed and it was due to the employee failing to do thier job. My wife and I was told that it was the owner of that location that didn't finish the cake. Way to ruin a birthday! We ended up buying a generic cake that they had. Not even the right flavor. 2nd occasion was my daughter did not know that this was this location that we had issues with. She ordered a cake that was supposed to be pecan praline that was heart shaped and a message on it. When she went to go pick it up once again wasn't done. We called corporate and they informed this was a franchise store and they would have the owner call us. No call! No nothing. This was the last time for Baskin-Robbins. There are much better ice cream shops that care about their customers. I say Stay away from this location and try another in Vegas. STAY AWAY. No customer service, No business from my friends, family and whoever I talk to about 31 Flavors Baskin-Robbins. Used to be a decent experience........
I went here last night 06/07/22 around 8:45 pm the 2 girls working looked at me like I was a bother. I asked for a banana split they said they had no bananas, I asked for a milkshake they said they had no milk I left and went to Dairy Queen instead. Worst service ever.
3 girls behind the ice cream bar found on their phone with no urgency to help. When asked what were flavors due to them not being labeled, they just said I don’t know collectively. Will be visiting other baskin robbins sites from now on.
Surprised how little ice cream I got for $6. A tiny cup is a 2 scoop sundae…doesn’t even make it over the rim of the cup. Now BR is false advertising the same sundae looking huge…come on now. I pay you $6 give me at least a nice sundae. Baskin Robbins corporate NEEDS a field trip to Braums in Oklahoma. That’s what a real sundae looks like!! (And only $3.65!) That’s right, the tiny one is DOUBLE the cost of the big one…..booo Baskin Robbins.

Ordered a Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup double scoop on Postmates and once my Postmates delivery guy got there he said they were completely out of Reese’s. Then they were out of Twix. I asked for Oreos instead and he said they put M&M’s in the order even though that’s not what I ordered and I personally hate M&M’s. Very disappointed with this order. If you’re going to run a business, you should have everything that you state you offer, in stock. Not only in stock but BACK stocked. Or don’t allow people to choose things you’re out of, on online orders. Like, TF??
