Food was good. Lousy, trashy music for a family establishment. Very poor decision.

Who the hell doesn’t like Baskin-Robbins?! Pralines and Cream for life! Treat yourself and order a 6 pack of clown cones…it will change your life! Super friendly staff, always a good time!

They are drive thru only!!! Decent wait time considering that there were only 2 people working. Not the most kindest customer service, but still decent service and good ice cream.
Unnecessarily long wait time. It’s drive through only now but they take minutes to even come to the car then longer to get the ice cream itself. 4-6 minutes per car?? Never that slow in person.
It’s all about customer service and theirs is completely trash unless my skin color was the problem. Young white lady with short hair has a major attitude problem like it’s my fault she has to come in to serve ice cream at 11 a.m. on a Sunday for minimum wage. I won’t be back that’s for sure.
so a friend & I had a "spur of the moment late-night" craving for hot fudge sundae with butter pecan ice cream night before last. -- we 'zoomed' down to Baskin Robbins at Boulder Hwy/Basic Rd and pulled into their service line at 09:48pm. (The hours posted said they close at 10:00pm.)The "OPEN" sign was lit and they had not blocked the entrance to the line. WHEW!There was one car in front of us being served. As that car pulled away, we were told the store was CLOSED and they could not serve us. WHAT?! We explained we were "in line" well before 10pm and expected to be served. I asked if I had actually been inside the building would they have asked me to leave - she said no. We asked to be served as if we had been inside since they were not accepting customers inside. The young lady went inside where we could see a grown man counting the register and several employees beginning to clean.A different young girl came out and told us they could not serve us. She even told us the time we had pulled in. When we tried to explain we only needed 2 sundaes she said we could talk to the manager the next morning but refused service. She explained the manager had closed the register.WHAT??! I said "your manager is inside and sent YOU out to talk with us?" She said yes.I told her she "needed to find a different job because her manager had hung her out to dry."I will drive past this business (which is close to my house) to one further away before I will ever support this location and this manager!**we ended up getting our ice cream sundae from Sonic on E LakeMead Parkway.**(The ice cream machine at Sonic on Boulder Hwy was down.)*****GOOD GRIEF!******
ask the girl to make me a banana split and everything was her choice. I got high later (now) and this is the best banana split I have ever had. thank you
I love their flavors..they are consistently delicious. I especially appreciate their later than most hours!
